入住時各個設施講解十分清楚，所有提供的設備與網站完全一致。其中一天在使用洗衣機遇到困難，客房人員也很迅速為我們解決，且態度非常親切，直到確定我們操作完畢才與我們一同離開。對面有便利商店、一樓有自動販賣機，半夜肚子餓也不擔心，進出大門櫃檯人員都會親切的打招呼。

快適でした。何より大浴場があってアメニティも充実していてよかったです。

まず受け付けさせて貰う時の説明が
聞き取れにくく何度も聞き直したりしたら不快そうな表情をされていた事や
予約の名前を告げたら聞き取っていただけず予約表を探し続け　予約ができていないのかととっても不安な気分を味わって　連れの方から「ちゃんと予約したのと？」と不安がられた。
