El hotel es una maravilla y el detalle de café y agua, la ubicación cerca de la estación y el seven enfrente

Heerlijk comfortabel verblijf op een toplocatie.
Pros:

De ligging vlakbij station was heel prettig. Koffie/thee/limonade in de lounge erg fijn. Bushalte en 7/11 bijna voor de deur en metro korte wandeling.

Cons:

Niet echt een lounge om in de avond nog even te zitten en drankje doen.

Posizione buona vicino a metro e fermata dei pullman. Staff gentile e stanza un po’ piccola ma con tutti i comfort. Letti comodi.

Cons:

La struttura è grande e molto frequentata. Delle 3 lavatrici/asciugatrici una non funzionava e quindi era difficile trovare il momento per poter lavare

Pros:

Habitació gran, còmode i tranquil.la al mig de la ciutat.
Spa/Ofuro net i agradable.
Bon tracte amb el personal.
Proper al castell Nijo-jo i amb comerços al voltant.

Great hotel, friendly staff, and the onsen was wonderful — I was almost always there by myself.

Cons:

It was maybe a little noisy in the evenings, with lots of cars and motorcycles passing by. I’m quite sensitive to noise, so I often had trouble falling asleep.

Perfect for a 1-2 nights stay. Unwelcoming staff.
Pros:

Very spacious and clean rooms, drinks and coffee available 24/7, very good position well connected to bus stops and trains. The onsen at the end of the day is definitely a plus!

Cons:

The staff was not very welcoming, they would barely smile. We paid for the breakfast service as a plus (not included in our reservation), they made us pay but the waiters were cleaning and taking away all food and drinks in a very unpleasant way even though we were still in the timeframe for breakfast service. Hospitality and kindness need improvement.
