Excelente el servicio de la recepción, personal muy amable, habitaciones amplias igual que la regadera. Camas que en y tiene aire acondicionado. La verdad es muy bonito, lo único malo es que no hay piscina. Pero excelente precio-calidad. Me gustó mucho

Es war sehr sauber,das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist ein bisschen klein,es gab keinen Stuhl oder Tisch. Auch das Bett war etwas zu klein.

Pros:

I traveled to Cuernavaca and ws not able to check in because the property’s card reader did not function properly. I was pressured to wire them money or go get cash from the atm. Did not check in and had to return to the city. My travel plans were cancelled and altered because of this and I was repeatedly told by the property staff that the issue was mine and my card was overdrawn which was not the case.
