좁은거 감수하시면 모든면에 굳이요
Pros:

조식은신청안했고 (있는지 없는지몰라서)하카타역 도보 5-10분사이입니다. 하카타 시내보단 조용한편입니다.객실도 깨끗하고 (남자라 좀 무던할수있음) 직원분들도 친절하셔요

Cons:

객실이 사진보다 작았고 캐리어를 서로의 침대의 놓고펴야할정도 침대밑 공간이 없었어요 화장실도 좀 많이작은편입니다 변기앞쪽이 너무좁아서 살짝사선으로 틀어져있는데 그것도 좁아요(1층로비화장실이 그나마 넓어 전 거기서 해결했음)...구조적인것외엔 다좋아요

Pros:

以價格來說位置和服務都很滿意，房間雖然不大但很乾淨，房內配置也都很合理，每天都有清潔服務，可以自己選擇當天需不需要打掃，比之前住過的其他價格更高卻只提供每兩天或三天打掃一次更好，而且每天提供兩瓶礦泉水，也是非常貼心，需要筷子、梳子等物品也都有。另外服務人員都非常親切有禮，進門或離開都會問安歡迎，需要任何服務或問問題也都很專業態度也很好，整個管理是很好的

Cons:

我覺得基本上以價格來說無可挑剔，如果喜歡火車會很開心窗戶打開就有火車，我們每天早上都起來看，但可能怕吵或不喜歡陽光打擾睡眠的人可以自行斟酌，個人是很推薦的，沒有什麼不滿意的地方

the location is quite near the HAKATA station

Cons:

since they were having a maintenance outside so it was quite noisy
they only provide 2 bottle of water for 2 people per day and can't provide any extra ones
there is no convenient store in 5 mins walking distance
The room is way too small for 2 people

泊まれたらいいやが泊まれて良かったになる場所
Pros:

とにかく安い！のにスタッフさんの接客は凄く丁寧、チェックアウト時にすれ違った清掃スタッフさんも気持ちよく挨拶してくれるくらい接客レベルは高い！
部屋も宿泊に必要な物が纏まっていてこういうのでいいんだ感が嬉しい。

Cons:

どうしようもない点ですがホテル周辺の歩道の狭さが荷物を持って行くのは少し気を使いました(博多駅から北上するルート)
