Pet fee is a shock at $120 for one night. Beds are comfy and clean Plan on going elsewher

The staff at the front desk are friendly and the room was clean with comfy bed and sheets.

Cons:

The biggest reason for negative review stars is that Marriott charged $120 for pet fee that I wasn’t expecting. No one charges that much. My bill for one night, arrival around 6:00 pm and check out the next day around 10:00 am was over $335.57. That’s ridiculous for a 16 hour stay, which isn’t even a full day! It doesn’t cost that much more to clean for a dog to stay. This experience has turned me off of Marriott even though I am already a Bonvoy member.
Breakfast was terrible. Pancakes with blueberries and they were very soggy. Also, the egg frittatas seemed old and dry. This hotel needs a waffle machine.

Will continue to stay here. They are higher price but only a short distance from downtown
Pros:

Love the rooms and the areas in the lobby and auto doors. Makes it easy to get the animals. And out.

Cons:

Don like the artificial pet grass area. Wish there was more real grass areas closer for late night potties

Good central and safe location
Pros:

The location is good- close to the airport and anything else you may need. Rooms at front on the street are noisy from traffic. Don’t pay the $15/night parking as the rear of the same parking lot has free parking for the public. The free breakfast was adequate, but on a busy holiday weekend, ran low on cutlery quickly. Front desk staff were pleasant and amenable to changing our room to a quieter location. Nice to have a microwave, sink and counter height fridge in the room. Only two mugs, no cutlery or dishes though.

I would definitely go back if I needed a place close to the airport for another trip to Lake Tahoe.
Pros:

Very close to the airport. Nice location - seemed safe and nice restaurants close by. Close as well to downtown activities such as the Riverwalk and casinos. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Nice parking garage. Very good breakfast .

Cons:

Reno itself is not my thing but the trip was to Lake Tahoe and I needed a place for an early morning flight. I was pleasantly surprised since I didn’t know anything about Reno.
