Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was great.

We had a late flight, so we arrived and checked in at around 2:00 a.m., even though the standard check-out time was 10:00 a.m. In the morning, I spoke with the receptionist, and she kindly allowed us to check out one hour later, at 11:00 a.m., without any additional charge.

Very friendly and helpful service. We really appreciated it!
