No cleaning of the room for 3 days.. didn’t even pick trash or changed towel.. no hand soap in the dispenser for 2 days., notified reception at checkout

Great hotel close to the airport
Pros:

Pretty new hotel. Quiet inside (despite being close to the airport). Free shuttle bus to and from the airport (5 minutes). Tram stop is just across the street. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The hotel provided free shuttle bus, but I tried a single-way walk, 30 mins to the terminal.

Cons:

The room is very small, no much space to stand if you bring 2 luggages.
