Good value for overnight stay
Pros:

Facility is close to airport, clean and comfortable and free shuttle from & to airport is a true stress reliever!

Cons:

Staff was average. They check you in but can take you or leave you. My husband went back to welcome desk after we got to the room to ask a few questions and he did get answers but the customer service was not on par for the experiences we had the previous 11 days at other facilities.

Hatten wir kein Strafzettel für kurz eincheckzeit bekommen wäre alles anderes ok

Das Hotel war sehr schwer zu finden. Da wir kein WIFI in der Schweiz hatten und Navi die Straße nicht erkennen konnte müssten wir ziemlich rumirren um es zu finden. Dann hatten wir das Auto kurz vor dem Hotel geparkt um einzuchecken und bekamen ein Strafzettel von 120 Frank!!!!
Im Zimmer gab es nur Badetücher keine Gesichtstücher. Das hatten wir noch nie!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sauber und wirkt hochwertig. Personal freundlich. Die Genf-Card ist eine tolle Sache.

The airport shuttle service was also efficient and reliable.

Cons:

The hotel falls noticeably short on guest communication. We sent an email inquiry about the transport card and received a vague response. Beyond that, there was no practical information provided about the surrounding area: no guidance on nearby supermarkets, pharmacies, or other essentials that guests might need during their stay. A simple welcome sheet or even a brief note at check-in would have made a real difference.

Odamız çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi ve beyfendiler (isimlerini hatırlayamadım kusura bakmayın) çok güleryüzlü, ilgili ve tatlılardı. Otele ulaşım havaalanından servis ile çok rahattı, otelden aldığımız ulaşım kağıdı güzel bir jestti. 2 günlük kısa bir konaklamamız oldu, bu yüzden başka imkanlardan çok yararlanma fırsatımız olmadı, daha çok şehri gezdik. Şehrin merkezine ulaşımı da çok rahat. Tavsiye ederim kesinlikle
