Pros:

The hotel provided breakfast and WiFi and it was close to the airport.

Cons:

No flipflop was provided. Cockroaches were found in the room and the room was not properly cleaned. The bed was also very small.

The complimentary breakfasr service was poor, it takes more than 30minutes to serve just toast bread and egg considering just 3 guests at the restaurant. the restarant staff were too slow

Pros:

The overall feedback is good. It was comfortable. Rooms were not too small. The staff were very very welcoming and accommodating. Ready to help and support. They made the stay very comfortable. Especially those on duty on August 12th 2026 when I arrived.
However, the breakfast was not what I had hoped. Options were really very limited. The dinner and salads I had later were fine.
It was also good how they paid attention to security aspects.

Cons:

The breakfast could be improved. Also, if the hotel can make additional arrangements for taxis or commute cars client can easily reach.
