Pls don't waste your money on this hotel, please don't book this hotel, they mentioned toiletries in booking amenities but even soap and shampoo and coffee powder and sugar also not there , breakfast was limited and worst

Pros:

Even though it was a short stay, the manager & staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good and the rooms were well maintained. Location is nearby ooty lake, so we can explore different locations easily.

Special thanks for upgrading rooms without any cost.

to be honestly I like only the kerala small boy in reception . but the owner also from kerala he is very bad attitude,he don’t know how to behave he was drank that time,

Very Bad and waste of money

- I have booked for two days , unfortunately canceled booking for next day . Because the room was very small and dirty. Mosquitoes are inside and provided blankets and towels are too bad smell and dirty
