我沒有享用酒店早餐。酒店內的璇.全日餐廳，那裡提供自助早、晚餐，在晚餐時間我進入過巡看食物和環境，挺好的，品種繁多足夠豐富，那天已沒有空位，未能一嚐。
酒店門前有環星湖旅遊公交專線，搭乘只花2元車資可以在小巴內瀏覽窗外市區狀況，22個站點可隨需要下車，車行一圈50分鐘回到酒店，非常實惠方便。
泳池很大，設施都算完善。
另一天的晚上九時十分我去中餐廳用膳，服務員說已打烊。我轉去璇.全日餐廳，服務員說快打烊，己過了下單時間，我奇怪地問，不是全日餐廳嗎?為甚麼這個時間打烊?服務員說 "全日"是餐廳的名字，不是代表24小時營業。

Nice Hotel, the hot tub on the deck is great - need instructions on how to use in English would be useful.
When I called the operator and asked if they spoke English, it was no - I get that, but they just hung up and did not transfer to front desk where they did speak English, had to walk there to ask for help with the operating instructions for the hot tub.
Good place to stay, best food in the hotel than outside, good customer service, best location.
Really grand hall with spacious rooms. The location is amazing. Just next to the seven star lake. We had a lot of fun there.
The stuff refused to print a receipt/invoice of our stay, as he said we booked it through booking.com. He asked us to ask booking.com for it. That’s not helpful at all. I’ve stayed over 100 hotels, never have been in this situation. I’m not really happy with the check-out staff.

Great location. Right next to the main attraction七星岩. The Chinese restaurant has excellent food with reasonable price. Room is big and has a spring water hottab. Great for couples.

Got there around 12:30-12:45pm. They didn’t have the room available and asked to return back to 2pm. At 2pm, gave the keys but no room allocated. Multiple calls (staff hung up on an occasion), resulted in getting the room finally at 3:30-3:45pm…really bad management of rooms and if hadn’t called them multiple times, doubtful we would have had a room available till 5-6pm
But the room was clean and comfortable. The water park within the hotel was fun activity for the kid to do. Indoor swimming pools as well as outdoor hot pools were great. Worthwhile going but not during the holiday rush since the staff can’t seem to have a handle on managing that crowd and provide rooms on time.
Nice big rooms, location was close to lake with supermarket and a few food options close by. Excellent facilities, especially the gym. Hotel restaurant was great with buffets for breakfast and dinner. Very busy for our stay but the hotel easily handled the big crowds.Quite easy for an English only speaker.
