Cons:

The internet connection was very poor, and the TV in the room didn't work; when we complained, they simply apologized but took no action to fix the issues.
On the day we arrived, they hadn't even provided water in the room.
The breakfast was decent, but not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel; it was more like what you’d expect at a 3-star hotel.
The breakfast area felt more like a hospital kitchen than a 4-star hotel.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel ha sido excelente. Está muy bien ubicado, en pleno casco antiguo, lo que permite ir andando a muchos de los lugares de interés.

El personal es muy atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. Sin duda, el trato recibido ha sido lo que más nos ha gustado: todo el equipo del hotel es excepcional y hace que te sientas muy bien acogido.

Elegimos la opción con desayuno y fue todo un acierto. La comida estaba recién hecha, había mucha variedad y productos frescos, especialmente fruta y verdura.

En definitiva, un hotel que recomendamos totalmente, sobre todo por su excelente ubicación, el desayuno y, especialmente, por la amabilidad y profesionalidad de su personal.

Very good location and breakfast is like home meal.
Pros:

The location is very convenient, near Europe square and Maiden Square. Although a bit uphill but still very near to the centre. The staffs are also nice especially the ladies in the breakfast.

Cons:

They did not inform us anything during check-in and for 3 days stay they did not clean our room at all. Apparently maybe we must hang “clean my room” sign in order for them to clean it. Otherwise no service will be done, like in our case.
