Останавливались с подругой на несколько дней =остались под полным впечатлением. Хотим выделить главное:

· Сервис на 5+: Реакция персонала мгновенная. Быстрое заселение, всегда подсказывали маршруты, помогали с такси.
· Идеальная чистота: Номер вылизанный, сантехника сияет. Уборка ежедневно без напоминаний, качественно и аккуратно.
· Цена: Учитывая уровень обслуживания и расположение, это очень адекватно.
· Атмосфера: Очень теплое отношение ко всем гостям, чувствуется забота о деталях.

The hotel is very good, and most of the services are satisfactory. My complaint is only about the front‑desk staff member in the photo, who had an extremely poor attitude. This negative review is solely for her.

Here is what happened: Our booking was for 2 guests with corresponding benefits for two people. However, the hotel system only showed one guest. This issue had already been resolved and agreed upon with the hotel manager. When the shift changed the next day and this staff member took over, she completely ignored the prior agreement and refused to communicate. In the end, we paid the rate for two guests but only received one breakfast.

Pros:

It felt like home with lovely and helpful personal. The hotel is near everything, we were 2 minutes away from bridge of love. Clean rooms, great breakfast, we could even ask and have breakfast in our room instead. All in all strongly recommend this hotel.

Decent hotel to spend your night.
Pros:

The place gets the job done. a nice clean room to spend your night. nothing fantastic but nothing bad. The receptionist gentleman was very nice and spoke good English (If you read this review, I'm sorry I forgot your name although you told me your name several times :D)
Breakfast was okay, some items tasted weird, not necessarily bad but it didn't match our taste.
Room has no view at all and it's located on a very very steep long inclined street (we stayed there by the end of our trip and our legs were already dead so we decided we would never walk this street. it's good that Bolt is reasonably priced in Tbilisi).
As i mentioned, this place gets the job done to have a decent place to sleep at the end of your day.

Pros:

The location was great, and the bed was comfortable. The balcony was nice, but only big enough for one person.

Cons:

Some of the towels provided were dirty, and the reception staff were sometimes absent at key times during the day. The staff were also not friendly or welcoming. I used the laundry service but my clothes were not ironed properly/were creased upon delivery to me.
