Exceptional Front Desk, Disappointing Housekeeping.
Pros:

The reception team was wonderful and friendly, even upgrading us to a larger room. The bellboys were incredibly respectful and treated us like friends. Both teams fully deserve 5 stars!
Hats off to the Lebanese manager and Jordanian chef for their outstanding hospitality! However, the food options were limited and repetitive.

Cons:

Very slow response and poor cleaning quality. We complained about multiple issues several times with no proper resolution. Additionally, the towels and linens had a bad odor due to poor storage.
We were locked out of our room for an hour because the door battery died. We thank them for eventually fixing it, but it was clear they were unprepared for such emergencies.

I stayed at West Bay Marriott Doha for 10 days, and it was a truly outstanding experience. The hotel enjoys an excellent location and provides exceptional service. I would like to extend my special thanks to the Housekeeping Manager, Mr. Mohammed Al Jallad, for his attention to every detail and his continuous supervision of the team to ensure guests’ comfort and satisfaction. His dedication made a noticeable difference during my stay. I will definitely return and stay at this hotel again in the future.
