Sheraton Bordeaux Airport

Good airport hotel.

i was a bit concerned that the room i chose on your site was listed as having an accessible bathroom but no such room
had been kept for me when we arrived late in the evening.

A beautiful, new hotel. Very clean and comfortable and within walking distance of the airport, so a great location. A wonderful, spacious room and well designed bathroom, extremely comfortable bed. We did have to wait a while to check-in but the person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The staff in the restaurant were less friendly/attentive but the food was very good.

Despite on going construction the Sheraton is convenient to the terminal. We had a surprisingly good dinner in the very nice restaurant!

I was able to walk to the airport!!! Not another taxi ride to stress over! And a good brisk 15 minute walk before flight.

I only booked this hotel for shuttle to airport & apparently it doesn’t run at 4am. Taxi is 20 euro FYI. Would maybe look elsewhere to stay. Staff is great!

This beautiful hotel was perfect for my early morning departure out of Bordeaux. I will happily return.

Very clean and spacious room and quick check in.

Made my wife wait while I dealt with returning the hire car despite the fact that she queued for 30 minutes to check in becuase the room was in my name. Then despite the fact that I provided my Credit Card, they decided not to authorise the card to be used for our evening meal and didn’t mention it at reception. Then electronic controls that were so ill thought theough we actaully turned off the bedside lamps at the wall socket. Potentially great hotel ruined by mad processes.

I've never been so pleased with an airport hotel. We stayed here one night due to having early flights the next morning.

The hotel was a super easy walk to the airport AND there is also a free shuttle should you not want to walk.

It's an easy tram ride into the city (about 40 minutes) to explore Bordeaux.

The staff of this hotel are the nicest people I've ever encountered in a hotel. Everyone who works here is kind and helpful. It was such a nice experience.

The beds, and especially pillows, are super comfortable.

Early check-in is allowed for an additional 30 Euros.

Best well appointed room ever! Only issue we had was figuring out how to get into the parking lot—there weren’t signs to direct us.

Pool, hamam and steam room were cold

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed out especially for the price. Extremely comfortable rooms. Heads up, The switch panel next to the door also controlled the coffee. The only downside was the price of the food and latte. ridiculous.

We used this hotel at the start of our holiday as our flight arrived quite late. It is very walkable from the airport (just follow the path by the side of the tram), rooms were very comfortable, modern and clean. Good choice at breakfast with very helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay.

Walkable from airport. Pleasant check in and close to light rail for easy trips to city center.

A delight to stay at a very modern hotel. Evening food was limited as a conference took over the whole of the hotel restaurant. Otherwise very enjoyable
