Perfect and clean apartment
Pros:

Perfect apartment with all facilities immaculately clean and readily available.
Apartment is about a 20 minute walk to major tourist attractions but close by there’s great bars and restaurants.
Extra bonus of having the washing machine.
Self check in was very easy and straight forward.
Staff were readily available to help and very responsive via text.

Cons:

Car park for our car was a 10 minute walk away which wasn’t too bad just annoying when dragging luggage in the rain. But not a deterrent and would definitely book this place again if in Seville.

Μπερδεύτηκα λίγο με τον κωδικό της πόρτας γιατί πήγα πριν το chek in. Δεν υπάρχει προσωπικό εκεί αλλά πήρα τηλέφωνο και με εξυπηρέτησαν, για να αφήσω τη βαλίτσα μου. Το δωμάτιο είναι όμορφο, με καλή ηχομόνωση, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. είναι κοντά στο κέντρο

Local perfeito para uma escapadinha romantica no coração de Sevilha
Pros:

O apartamento era fantástico, limpo e renovado recentemente. Tinha todas as condições necessárias para um óptima estadia.
A localização é bem perto de uma praça com muita animação à noite mas o estacionamento é um pesadelo.
Check in automático e fácil.

Cons:

No final paguei quase tanto de estacionamento como de alojamento num parque coberto perto.

11 out of 10. If we come back to Seville, we’d stay here again.
Pros:

Extremely well equipped with respect to amenities and the entire stay felt like a luxury trip.

Cons:

They provided a washer which was very helpful, but there was no detergent. Not a big deal, but would have been nice to have.

Pros:

Исторические кладки, добавляющие антуражу месту размещения, два санузла с чистыми полотенцами, халатами и прочим, удобная кухня, сейф, супер удобное расположение в самом центре города - до любой точки можно добраться пешком.

Cons:

Ограниченное бойлером количество горячей воды – всем сразу помыться не получится. Кроме того, зимой, когда мы были в апартаментах, были сложности с регуляцией температуры. В апартаментах холодно, исправить это можно было включением теплой вентиляции, но она давала не очень приятный запах сырости. Кроме того, нужно учитывать, что в апартаментах ранний выезд - 11:00.
