Short and luxurious
Pros:

Everything - great staff, couldn’t do more to help, the heated pool (great for a morning dip), the location and it was new, clean and modern. Wished we’d stayed longer but we’re just passing through on the way back to Mexico City. Make sure you try the ramen noodle place nearby - was great after lots of Mexican food but still had a good little Mexican twist.

Cons:

Small thing but it would’ve been great if the bar was operational for a drink. There’s a rooftop with fab views and it looks like the maybe open something up there at some point. Otherwise great breakfast spot over the road and a short walk to lots of other places.

Cholula espectacular
Pros:

La ubicación, el hotel está lindo, .el hotel muy limpio, el personal agradable y todo nuevo, el roof tiene una vista espectacular. Como sugerencia en el roof se puede hacer un restaurant por la hermosa vista.

Cons:

Los muebles para guardar ropa estan un poco reducidos...incómodos para estar mas de 3 o 4 dias... la alberca al menos en invierno fría y la vista del piso 1 da a los patios de las casas....creo se pueden poner vinilos o plantas altas para tapar un poco.

Lovely stay in heart of Cholula
Pros:

Really lovely hotel in a great location. Everything was very clean and felt up to date/new. My room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and even a small outdoor space. The bathroom was equally spacious with lots of towels and toiletries - very large lovely shower. Great location in the heart of Cholula - walking distance to most places. They were able to keep my car safely parked during my stay and had attentive helpful security.

Cons:

The only things I found frustrating were when I tried to extend my stay on Booking.com and was able to do so on the site, they then told me that Booking was not up to date and therefore I could not extend my stay as there were actually no rooms available. They were then unable to cancel my reservation, and I was also unable to cancel it on my end and am waiting to hear back from Booking to get my money refunded. This was just a frustrating process and that they could not simply cancel the reservation to ensure I did not get charged. I also asked if they had any water at the front desk and they said there was water in my room for drinking, which to me implied that the water bottles were complimentary as they did not offer any drinkable water as a facility to guests. I was then charged for the two water bottles I drank.

Style meets the streets of Cholula
Pros:

Central location, stylishly furnished , very friendly staff especially at the parking garage.

Cons:

The capsule coffee machine didn’t work. And yes, I have some experience with these. They provided the wrong capsules.
The bathroom is not separated from the bedroom.
