A wellnes részleg késő estig tartó nyitva tartása és a csomagban foglalt lovagi torna program feldobta a hangulatunkat.Összességében minden kiváló volt.Jól éreztük magunkat az ott töltött idő alatt.

Pros:

The rooms and the entire hotel were spotlessly clean with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The food was superb with a great variety of choices. The wellness facilities were well maintained and were not felt crowded despite the hotel being pretty full. This is probably because it is open until late, which is quite unique. There are lots of options for indoor activity (bowling, snooker, etc.). Every staff member we met was really nice and helpful.

Éjjel/este nemtudtunk pihenni,aludni ugyanis a mellettünk lévő szobába rohadtul nem voltak tekintettel a másikra..hangosak voltak kiabáltak éjfélig tuti igy volt..az ajtó előtt hangosan beszélgetnek..halisten a babánkat legalább nem zavarta.

A konferencia gusztustalanul viselkedő résztvevőit leszámítva teljesen rendben volt.
Pros:

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése. A Reneszánsz kori vacsora és a szálloda éttermében a reggeli és vacsora is kiemelkedő volt. Több medence van, ahol mindenki megtalálja a saját igényeinek megfelelő helyet. A személyzet kedves volt és segítőkész.

Cons:

Az ott tartózkodásunk során konferencia volt, ahol a mindenféle igényes, pénzes úriembernek öltözött magajátszó senkik vettek részt, és egész éjszaka részegen randalíroztak a folyosón, hajnal 5kor is külön szólni kellett nekik hogy ne üvöltsenek, mert egész éjszaka nem tudtunk aludni. Kopogtattak az ajtónkon, hangosan hallgattak jbl-ről zenét (ez utóbbi miatt szóltam a recepción, egy kis időre eltűntek, de utána folytatták). Azért érdekelne hogy az éjszakai recepciós a kamerákra ránézett e egyáltalán, hogy mit műveltek a folyosón....

Hidratáló krémnek és kávégépnek/vízforralónak örültem volna, valamint kellemetlen volt, hogy a kicsekkolásnál ilyen sokáig kellett sorban állni.
