Great place for vacation

הצוות מדהים שרותי מאוד .
המיקום מושלם יש מלא מתקנים במלון .
ומלא פעילויות
האווירה מאוד טובה
המסעדה מחוץ למלון שהמלון מאפשר להתארח שם לארוחת ערב מושלמת בסגנון אבירים האוכל וואו השרות והאווירה .

Cons:

ארוחת בוקר וערב בתוך המלון אנחנו לא התחברנו כלל ולא הילדים .למרות שהמסעדה שמחוץ למלון הייתה וואו .החדר המשפחתי מאוד מאוד צפוף. והמעלית מאוד איטית הינו בקומה 3 והיה מלא זמן המתנה למעלית .
התחזוקה של החדר דורש שיפור .

Jó szálloda de van hova fejlődni.

A hotel által rendezett programok iszonyatosan jók voltak. Finomak voltak az ételek.

Cons:

Igazából nem lett volna olyan hatalmas nagy baj csak egy kis pénzbeli ráfordítás kellene a szállodára. A legnagyobb szobát béreltem ki de nem volt jó az elosztása. A takarítók elég hanyag munkát végeztek. A felújítás igen csak ráférne a szobákra és a fürdőszobára is. A bútorok nagyon használtak a szaniterek szintén. A wc-be feljött a csatorna szag. A szoba felszereltsége minimál. Úgy kellett a recepción kérnem poharat hogy legalább inni tudjunk egy pohár vizet. Kevés a szekrény és nincsen se vízforraló se semmi ilyesmi. A klíma valami elképesztően silány. Meleg volt a szobában hiába maxon fújt. A terasz kicsi és semmi elválasztó fal nincsen a szomszédos szobákkal. A zajszigetelésen is lenne mit javítani. A személyzet túlterhelt nincs idejük a vendégekre mert nagyon kevesen dolgoznak. Így nem nagyon volt meg az " elvagyok kényeztetve feeling" amit azért egy 4* -os szállodától elvárnék. Szoba szervíz nincs ami szintén jól jött volna azért. Az ételek nem változatosak inkább megúszósak. A reggeli mindig ugyan az ami azért elég uncsi 3 nap után. Egyszó mint száz. Önmagában jó a szálloda de nagyon sok pénzt és energiát kellene beleölni hogy igazán jó legyen.

Das Hotel bemüht sich mit Ausstattung zu punkten, selber ist in dem Ort wenig los und für Sauberkeit im Zimmer wird nich
Pros:

Die Poollandschaft und die Nähe zur Donau und Budapest hat uns gut gefallen.

Cons:

Das Essen war nicht abwechslungsreich und einen Zimmerservice gibt es nicht. Während unserer 10 Tage Aufenthalt wurde nicht einmal die Bettwäsche gewechselt oder das Bad sauber gemacht, was bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel Standard sein müsste.

הצוות של המלון מקסים, תמיד מוכן לעזור ולתת מענה .
יש מגוון רחב של בריכות ומתקנים.

Cons:

נתחיל בגודל החדר שהיה כמו קופסה קטנה ל5 אנשים, בלתי אפשרי להיכנס ולצאת מהשירותים עם מישהו עומד בפרוזדור בחדר. תחזוקת החדר לקויה ביותר. מקלחת קטנה ביותר.
הארוחות היו דלות מאוד, חסר טעם ומגוון .

Pros:

Minden tökéletes volt, de legfőképp a személyzet kedvessége, különösképp a szálloda menedzser figyelmessége volt az, ami levett minket a lábunkról. Ezúton is köszönjük nekik, hogy ilyen csodás napokat tölthettünk el a szállodában.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum in Strassenhähe. Man kann vom Pool auf den Parkplatz und die Strasse schauen - und umgekehrt - die Hecke ist sehr niedrig. Das Hotel hat jeden Winkel in Verwendung - alles wurde genutzt/verbaut. Daher war der Balkon nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Es waren während unseres Aufenthalts sehr viele Leute da - der Speiseraum für Frühstück und Abendessen hatte leider Kantinenlautstärke. Das Essen war gut. Das Hotel bietet verschieden Termal - und Rehamöglichkeiten und Ausflüge.

Cons:

Wir hatten anhand der Bilder eher Ruhe erwartet und einen schönen Blick vom Balkon. Dem war nicht so. Nachdem wir das Zimmer wechseln durften, war zumindest der Blick auf die Burg und die Donau möglich.

Minden igényünket kielégítette, jól éreztük magunkat.

Sokféle program a helyi lehetőségeknek megfelelően.
