A quote pricey single room but well deserved considering the service you get
Pros:

Everything was perfect from the side of the hotel!

Cons:

The only reason I give 8 is due to the guests in the neighboring room who were too noisy and I had difficulties to fall asleep.

Pros:

Best place to stay in Sivas.
Very welcoming, at the reception the gave us advice about how to get to know this great city with little time.
The also gave us packed breakfast for an early checkout.

Cons:

Nothing particularly bad. Maybe a TV with streaming apps would have been nice.
