Great location and kind staff.

Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was great, new coffee machines were quite a big hit.

Alex was so helpful! I need to stay another night, and he figured out a way. I will definitely be staying here for my trips.

Room was clean the air conditioner didn't work we called three times to have it serviced some one finally came up and said they would work on it and call us back once they get a status we never received call it was so hot in the room all night. The pillows and mattress were so uncomfortable. The outlets didn't work and the curtains didn't work they were all digital there was a device on the window but the cord was broken so unsure if that is why the curtains weren't working when we asked we were told this building was 2 years old and there still working out the issues. Was so disappointed since we had many family members give great reviews for this location.

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Justin was so helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with no problems. We would stay here again.

One thing, I wasn't pleased with the front desk lying to me about contacting management about an issue. I didn't find this out until several days after my visit while talking to management.

Thanks to Justin and Lizie (I probably misspelled her name), we will be coming back to this location.
