Sehr gute Lage in Nähe des Zentrums. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Betten wurden nach der ersten Nacht nicht gemacht. Fernseher hat kein einziges Programm gefunden. Zimmer mit Blick in den Innenhof - am Abend bis später in die Nacht extrem laut durch feiernde . man das Fenster nicht offen lassen konnte

Très bon, mais le personnel du petit-déjeuner est peu accueillant.
Pros:

Qualité / prix parfait ! très bien localisé au centre de la ville. Idéal pour les familles. Nous avons pris un appartement pour 4 personnes et l'ensemble est propre et très fonctionnel (il y a même une machine à laver). Appartement avec les services hôteliers, c'est donc un bon mixte entre vacances et praticité pour une famille. Confort général très bon.

Cons:

L’expérience au petit-déjeuner a été globalement décevante, principalement en raison de l’attitude du personnel. Dès notre première arrivée à 09h45, alors que le service est officiellement assuré jusqu’à 10h00, nous avons été accueillis par un “on ferme dans 10 minutes”, sans bonjour, sans sourire, et avec une posture clairement hostile. Pour un service payé jusqu’à 10h00, il est légitime d’en attendre la disponibilité complète jusqu’à cette heure.
Cette première impression s’est confirmée durant les quatre jours suivants :
- Manque d’amabilité et d’accueil
- Priorité donnée au rangement et au nettoyage plutôt qu’aux clients encore présents
- Service minimaliste, comme si l’objectif principal était de terminer au plus vite
Le contraste est d’autant plus regrettable que le petit-déjeuner en lui-même, en termes de nourriture, était simple mais très satisfaisant, avec un choix adapté à tous les goûts.
En résumé : un bon produit, mais un service qui donne l’impression de ne pas vouloir accueillir les clients dès 09h00...

Si telle est la volonté, il faut annoncer une fermeture à 09h30...

le service à la réception est, lui, très bien, tout comme celui du nettoyage

Its was my third time being a guest.
so as always the staff was very helpful and kind
The apartment unit are quite good and its basically match to my needs.

Cons:

If the hotel ranks as 4* type some things are not.
1. Specially the quality of the breakfast. I wrote it before so I guess no body took it seriously. I just remark 2 things : 4* hotel must have unless 1 fresh juice like orange one the juice machine are very bed quality.
The coffee machine really bad. they must upgrade it.
2. the product in the bathroom very limited there is nothing except tube with shower gel in most 4* hotel there is body cream / hands cream. and the quality of the towels needs to be upgrade.

Couldn not find the remote for AC and first night was a bit cold. When i asked the next morning, it turned out that they keep the remote controls at the reception, which is odd and inconvenient
