The Breakfast was upto the mark.
Breakfast was reasionably good and the staff were attentive, The checkin and checkout staff were average. The restaurant requires a lot more attention - it was under used - the taff were attentive. We did not use much of other facilities.
All was reasonable and there is nothing to point out as a "dislike".

Very beautiful and big room, with a lot of art on the walls. Very comfortable. Good breakfast.
The TV was not working at the room, there was i sign in the room that it was not allowed to drink alcohol at room (but i don't know whether or not, that was enforced, but on a hotel room, you should be able to drink your own beer without meeting those kind of restrictions. Without those to issues i would rate it to 9 of 10, but because of this, the rate is reduced to 8 of 10.
La habitación grande, limpia y cómoda. El desayuno muy bueno, variado,sabroso y generoso. Personal amable, atento y facilitador haciendo grata la estancia. La ubicación si bien un poco lejos del centro muy buena.
Nada que objetar
The bedroom was nice and the outdoor swimming pool was great to have in the hot weather.
The staff were completely useless. We asked for a cot for our daughter when we booked and also sent a reminder before arriving. When we arrived there was no cot. We asked 3-4 more times about the cot after arrriving, always being told that they would find one in the next hour. Our cot never arrived. We also asked about laundry which they said would be done same day. Three days later after many reminders we were handed back a bag full of our still dirty clothes. We could only laugh.
Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación, cerca a pie de los lugares para visitar más importantes de Samarcanda y a pocos kilómetros de los demás y aeropuerto. El personal, sensacional; llegamos a las 5:30 de la mañana y nos dejaron una habitación para dormir mientras se quedaba una libre.
Te ponen dos botellas de agua nuevas cada día.
La cama es sumamente rígida, imposible no levantarse con dolor de espalda.
El desayuno un desastre, no te puedes hacer tu propio café y la persona que lo hace se eterniza y monta mucha cola; la comida, no muy maravillosa, repetitiva y hasta que alguien no acaba hasta la miga más pequeña, no reponen; el fiambre cortado a tajo no tenía muy buen aspecto; nada en el desayuno tiene cartel de lo que es.
Todo está desenchufado en la habitación; nos pareció curioso. Un día enchufamos la nevera y a los 5 minutos, se puso a pitar el enchufe y la quitamos.
En nuestro cuarto de baño, apenas había presión de agua y el desagüe de la bañera, no funcionaba bien. Tampoco te puedes bañar, porque no hay tapón. Lo peor, la cortina de ducha, súper anti higiénico, ojalá nos hubieran dado habitación con plato de ducha.
Tampoco me gustó que cobrasen 494.000 soms de impuesto de pernoctación, en efectivo, y no está anunciado en ninguna de las condiciones del hotel y no me dieron ni recibo, el chico de recepción se lo guardó en el bolsillo.
Удобный матрас и подушки, по нашей просьбе принесли 2 одеяла вместо одного и дали дополнительные подушки
При заезде один комплект полотенец был откровенно б/у, испачкан, но сложен как чистый. На просьбу поменять его не отреагировали, заменили только на следующий день.
Завтрак ужасен, есть нечего, кроме, пожалуй, переслащенной овсяной каши. Все остальное пережаренное, перемасленное, пересолёное, впрочем, как и везде в Самарканде.
Перегородки в отеле тонюсенькие, слышимость запредельная, нам просто повезло с соседями и им с нами, слышен даже тихий разговор из соседнего номера.
Расположение не порадовало тоже, вся улица - сплошные фавеллы, в асфальте дыры, заполненные местными мусором, ходите аккуратно, я чуть не подвернула ногу в такой яме. Также провода кругом над головой от дома к дому и ощущение заброшки(( до Регистана пешком минут 20
Вода плохо идет в ванной из душа, густые волосы промывать целая история. Да и напор такой слабый, что струйку душем даже не назовешь.
