Great Hotel in Samarkand
Pros:

El hotel estaba muy limpio y tenia todo lo necesario. El cuarto y baño estaban muy bien. El personal habla poco ingles pero es muy amable y helpful.

Cons:

La ubicación es un poco alejada del centro pero no es problema, son 20 minutos caminando o un breve Yandex.

Pros:

Bardzo pomocna obsługa. Hotel czysty a pokoje komfortowe. Świetna przestrzeń rekreacyjna wokół basenu. Śniadania dobre, na tarasie z pięknym widokiem.

Cons:

Zgłosiłem prośbę o przydział pokoju z widokiem na patio. Pomimo akceptacji otrzymałem inny.

Colazione varia e di qualità, preparata fresca tutte le mattine.
Camera spaziosa
Samarcanda non ha un unico centro (come Bukhara o Khiva) e per spostarsi tra le varie attrazioni è necessario usare i taxi (specialmente in estate con il caldo elevato): l’hotel si trova in una posizione comoda.
Personale disponibile: abbiamo ottenuto un cambio stanza perché la nostra aveva dei problemi appena lo abbiamo chiesto e ci ha riservato un piccolo sconto a fronte di loro problemi nel pagamento con carta.

Cons:

La struttura andrebbe in generale no riammodernata: la prima stanza in cui siamo arrivati aveva la porta della doccia rotta e lo scarico del wc che non funzionava bene.

Nous sommes arrivés à 5h du matin et nous avons du attendre jusqu'à 8h juste pour laisser nos bagages (pour pouvoir se promener avant d'avoir la chambre à 14h). Personne à la réception, nous nous sommes acharnés sur la sonnette, un jeune homme dormait sur une banquette, je l'ai réveillé à plusieurs reprises, il a à peine ouvert les yeux et ne répondait pas quand je lui ai dit bonjour. J'ai pensé que c'était un gardien de nuit ou autre. En fait, c'était lui le réceptionniste. A 8h, il s'est réveillé , comme si ne rien n'était puis, puis s'est occupé de nous en nous disant qu'on pouvait avoir le petit déjeuner et la chambre maintenant pour 75 dollars de plus. Hallucinant ! Evidemment nous n'avons pas accepté. S'il avait proposé cela à 5h, pourquoi pas, mais nous laisser attendre 3 heures pour rien avant de daigner se réveiller était très énervant.

Trudności w płaceniu kartą , jeden z recepcjonistów przy płatności gotówką nie wydał reszty, zapytał czy może później, niestety już go nie spotkaliśmy w pracy a pieniędzy nie zostawił … kilkakrotne prośby o odblokowanie sejfu bez efektu… prośba o wcześniejsze ( 45 min )przygotowanie śniadania w związku z naszym wyjazdem na wycieczkę bez efektu To był nasz 5 hotel w Uzbekistanie w poprzednich byliśmy zachwyceni poziomem obsługi…

Cons:

Ons verblijf viel helaas tegen. Bij de poolbar was geen frisdrank verkrijgbaar, alleen alcoholische dranken.

Het ontbijt was meerdere ochtenden niet op tijd klaar. Het personeel zat zelf te eten en drinken terwijl het ontbijt voor de gasten nog niet volledig was voorbereid.

Daarnaast waren de bedden voor ons niet comfortabel. Ze waren erg hard en bovendien erg laag, waardoor we niet prettig hebben geslapen.

Ook hadden we bij het inchecken al gevraagd of we de benodigde formulieren bij het uitchecken konden meekrijgen. Bij het uitchecken vroegen meerdere gasten hier ook om. We kregen eerst een geïrriteerde reactie en er werd gezegd dat we dit zelf maar moesten regelen. Pas nadat we bleven aandringen, kregen we de formulieren uiteindelijk alsnog op papier mee.

Al met al voldeed het verblijf helaas niet aan onze verwachtingen.
