Close to the base
When we arrived we couldn’t get in. Took 30 minutes to figure out how to call. Internet had been out and had to reset. Went to room and tv won’t work. Room was too hot and couldn’t figure out how to lower heat. One morning we were sleeping in and maintenance knocked on the door at 8 am to change smoke detector so we had to get up. Didn’t know you had coupons for a danish and coffee until the next to last day. On site parking had only 2 spots. If more then 2 cars were there we wouldn’t have had parking
Location was great. WE struggled to get the front door opened at first. You might put in the instructions to wait a couple seconds before pushing on the door. I think we were pushing too soon and then too hard for the mechanism to complete its move.
The bathroom was a little too tight in the room.

Location was perfect for commuting to where I needed to go every day.
Wastebasket wasn't completely empty and there was a bit of dust along the baseboards. Not a huge problem, just something I noticed. I would still stay again. Everything else was great.
Very convenient location for me. Easy walk to many restaurants as well. The owner is very friendly and responsive to questions or issues.
I liked the convenience of how close it was to the Army post and other places.
The check-in was difficult because they had to send you an email with a code to a corresponding lockbox to retrieve the keys. I hadn’t received anything and had difficulty getting a hold of them via calling. This is not a traditional hotel with a checkin desk, and should have been made known about this detail ahead of time. Also scheduling cleaning services wasn’t easy either. When I ask for my room cleaning I expect new towels, new sheets, and trash empty. I got everything but clean sheets. I also wasn’t left with enough toilet paper, and the last day was using facial tissue instead.
Secluded
Very well located and our loft room was super spacious, more like an apartment. Very modern and clean, great wifi.
We loved the little store across the street , great breakfast and staff were real friendly.
