房間寬敞，用餐區跟書桌是分開的，也有沙發可以休憩，大片落地窗可以看到飛機起降，飯店到航廈的接駁車班次多，很方便。

The hotel is very close to the international airport (especially T2) so is perfect for your first night/s in South Korea. This is an excellent hotel with really comfortable beds, nice rooms and helpful staff. I can’t include photos of our room as they all have my child in them but the rooms are true to the picture and very nice). It’s immaculately clean and there are considerate facilities such as a laundry, 24 hour convenience store inside the hotel selling everything from beer to nail clippers, Lego vending machines in the lobby, vanity kits that include a hair band (I’ve never seen this elsewhere but seems an obvious inclusion!) it’s so close to the airport we could see the planes from our window (they have a free ear plug dispenser at reception if you’re bother by plane noise, though I couldn’t hear them and found our room very quiet). There is a robot in the lobby to assist guests with delivering drinks to the rooms etc. as an extra staff member. There’s a spa and fitness centre that we didn’t have time to use. Check out time is noon which felt generous and leisurely after our flight and there is a free airport shuttle (hourly). We would definitely stay here again when arriving in Seoul and recommend it as a great choice of transit hotels.
The breakfast buffet was very expensive and if you book the breakfast-included package online that only covers breakfast for one person, not your group. The vegetables served at breakfast were cooked from frozen. However, it was otherwise an excellent breakfast with cooked to order noodle soup and loads of optional condiments the standout. There is also no pool at the hotel (for some reason I thought there was). There is tea and coffee in the room but no milk or sugar (I believe coffee is traditionally drunk black in SK). And finally it would be great if the shuttle ran half hourly or lined up with flights.

Room is actually pretty nice. Hotel is 5 min via the shuttle from Terminal 2.
Wish the hotel shuttle ran a little later at night. We ended up having to take the normal airport bus and the hotel stop is the last stop on their line so it was about a 30 min bus ride whereas the hotel shuttle takes 5 minutes.
Быстрое заселение , удобный трансфер от отеля, чистое белье и полотенца. Заранее попросили , чтобы номер был тихим без вида на взлетную полосу - отель предоставил . Очень удобно скоротать ночь между рейсами . Персонал приветливый!
К сожалению, на полу в туалете были волосы, видимо, от предыдущих жильцов. Нужно более тщательно протирать полы .
Easy as to get to, uncomplicated check in, baby cot was already in room upon arrival, air con actually works and makes the room nice and cold for sleep, extremely comfortable bed
The baby cot was not usable, bad quality, not comfortable. Needs huge improvement

Największe zastrzeżenia mam do recepcjonisty który w trakcie check in porzucił stanowisko i wyszedł bez słowa z recepcji i dopiero podszedł drugi recepcjonista który zaczął nam zadawać pytania na jakie już odpowiedzieliśmy prosić o kartę którą już daliśmy. Całkowity brak profesjonalzimu
