Cons:

My stay was extremely disappointing due to multiple serious issues.

First, I was mistakenly overcharged upon check in. Second, when I

ordered room service, I received

bread that was rotten and had mold

on it. Most concerning, I was

checked into the wrong room, where

other guests were already staying. These incidents reflect a serious lack of attention to detail, safety, hygiene, and overall customer experience.

The hotel clearly needs to improve its operational controls and service standards.

Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be visiting again.

وقت الافطار المصريه الي بتاخذ رقم الغرف لما طلبت انو اخذ شغله للغرفه فوق رفضت ولما جاء شخص اجنبي وطلب منها الفطور وانه يبغاه للغرفه وافقت ومارفضت نفس ماعملت معاي
والفلبينيه الوتيرس جت بنتي طلبتها ملعقه بلاستيك رفعت صوتها ع البنت واحنا باقي ناكل جات للطاوله تاخذ الصحون واحنا باقي مانتهينا

Séjour moyen pas très agréable pour se reposer
Pros:

Bon petit déjeuner, probleme acoustique entre les chambres. Les voisins ont été très bruyant avec de la musique forte jusqu'à 3h du matin, pas d’intervention pour les calmer. L'équipe de cet établissement n’est pas très professionnel dans l'ensemble.

جميله ولكن في صعوبات عند الدخول

أعجبني الفندق ومساحته والإفطار كان جدا جميل وموظفه من جنسيه لبنانيه كانت خلوقه جدا أتمنى لها كل خير

كان نظام الدخول إلى الفندق غير جيد من حيث عدم توفر غرف بناء على كلام الموظفات - مع العلم تم حجز غرفتي من بوكينق سابقا وكان هناك تاخير في نظام الدخول وعدم احترافيه

5 star service
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were super kind to let us check in early and give us an even better room than requested. The room we stayed in was generously sized. The location was great! Again, the staff really made our stay there. We will definitely book here again next time we’re back to Riyadh.

Cons:

Not a big deal, but I would’ve liked if the breakfast buffet had different hot food options each day. And unfortunately the gym/spa facilities were not open while we were there.
