Bien situado, hotel actual y oferta ampliable para spa
Pros:

Nos dieron una suite a precio habitación normal. Todo limpio y bastante nuevo.

Cons:

Nos hubiera gustado probar el spa, pero no teníamos gorro de baño. Pensamos que podrían ofrecerlo en el mismo hotel, pero no…Fue una oportunidad perdida. Seguro que le pasa a más gente.

Pros:

Very nice room with plenty of space. Shower was great. Bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was good and staff were good.

Cons:

Parking was around the block and you had to climb 70 stairs to get back up to the hotel. No elevator from the parking area.

Enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

Very nice personality from the receptionist—warm and welcoming. We had a room with a beautiful view of the Cathedral. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The hotel is in a great location, only about 100 meters from the city center. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The restaurant could offer more than just burgers, as many visitors we spoke with were disappointed by this limitation. That said, the burger we had was very tasty and nicely presented.

Cons:

El personal en general son muy poco amables y profesionales. La chica del desayuno es una borde desagradable . Y ser un hotel con 4 estrellas y no hacerte unos huevos para desayunar es muy poco común

도심 중앙 순례길 옆에 있어 관광명소도 가깝고
식당, 마켓 등도 이용이 편리했습니다.

UN AUTÉNTICO DESASTRE
Cons:

-Me cobraron más de lo pactado porque dijeron que la reserva era para 1 adulto aunque era obvio que el precio que aparecía era para 2.
-la TV no funcionaba, estaba rota y cuando lo dije, la respuesta fue que ya lo sabían y no hicieron nada para solucionarlo ni cambiaron latv ni de habitación
-El parking es exterior y hay que subir 200 escaleras para llegar al hotel (NO APTO para personas mayores, con discapacidad o cardiopatías)
- Al cliente le quieren tomar el pelo diciendo que ponen zumo natural y aún pidiendo que por favor me hagan un zumo de dos Naranjas, exprimieron una y cerraron la puerta para añadir "algo" que no se qué fue pero algo artificial de bote que casi vomito. Cuando lo dije no quisieron decir que le habían echado. LOS CLIENTES SOMOS CLIENTES, NO TONTOS.
NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL EN ABSOLUTO.
