The stay was comfortable with clean rooms and supporting staff. Food was good for vegetarians however chinese fried rice

Excellent hospitality,
We booked the stay for one night for precaution, but it turned out fabulous, its a newly built hotel located near the city center and all major tourist attractions are nearby, Lake pichola is at a walking distance, staff is cordial.
Cleanliness is above par. Bed is super comfy, bathroom equipped with all the modern fittings and toiletries.
Special thanks and regards to Arpit, who helped us with cab bookings as well, which too were reasonably priced. He also guided us with a map for the places to visit. Never seen a hotelier so keen to guide you with all such details. We can surely say, anyone coming here can talk to Arpit, he is of great help to prepare your itinerary.

Мне очень понравилось и было очень комфортно !
Pros:

Расположение отеля очень удобное, в старом городе, рядом со всеми достопримечательностями. К нему может подъехать такси, потому что машина в старом городе не везде может проехать. Отель очень понравился, современный, комнаты большие, просторные, есть шкаф с вешалками, все чисто, все работает исправно : и кондиционер, и вентилятор , свет, горячая вода ( если долго мыться становится комфортно теплой). В ванной есть одноразовые предметы личной гигиены, туалетная бумага. Ставят очень предусмотрительно бутылки с водой. Персонал вежливый, если что можно всегда обратиться за помощью. Мне очень понравилось ! Я бы еще раз там остановилась если бы приехала !

Cleanliness, behaviour of the front desk operator. Size of the room, location of the property.

Cons:

Electric kettle was not there in the room as mentioned in the booking.com . Cost of food was high enough.
