كانت ليلة سيئة جداً

الهدوء ونظافة الغرفة

Cons:

موظفين الاستقبال كانو سيئين في التعامل ولم يراعو الوصول من السفر من خلال تسليم الغرفة المطلوبة في وقت الوصول . ماعدا الموظفه يوكي
ثانياً تم سحب المبلغ من البطاقة اكثر من مره وحصل لخبطه في الجهاز و بعد تسليمنا للغرفة قامو بازعاجنا كثير اً بطرق الباب والاتصال على هاتف الغرفه طوال الليل من اجل دفع المبلغ من جديد . ( حصلت عمليه عكسيه ) واضاعو عليه الصباح في التواصل مع البنك للتاكد من الاموال المصروفه
باختصار فندق يبحث عن المال لا عن راحة النزلاء .

Pros:

Kitchen has a lot of brand new home appliances. Rooms are comfortable for 5 people family. All personal in hotel friendly and helpful, hotel has 4 swimming pools and transfer to beach club.

Cons:

Coast area on beach club could be clean, other beaches have a clean area.
Food in beach club not tasty and have huge price.

It was a pleasurable experience we loved every bit of it. Was not crowded and the service from staff was impecable! We would definitely come back. Convenient free shuttle service hourly to beach club and Bali collection . Stress free stay with great fitness center .

Poor Choice for Relaxing and not best location.
Pros:

Poor choice to relax - more lie a holiday club and poorly laid out campus - dangerous walkways when wet/ windy. And many paths not lit properly. Reception understaffed and overall disappointed

I like the cleanliness and service. When we first reach , i was amazed how they kept the hotel room clean. It looked very stunning! I would definitely recommend this hotel to you as they also have great food. Services were amazing! One of the staff's name from the hotel restaurant BackStage, was Ramon, he was very
kind to us and responsive. He went the extra mile and talked to us. We would recommend this hotel to everyone and we would like the hotel to commend Ramon for his good work.
