Overall for the price, it was not worth the three night stay. The shade was broken in the room. The kitchenette had very little utensils. The carpet was not really clean in the bed was lumpy. The one thing I enjoy the most was the view from the 4th floor ocean view balcony.
What could have been done better was to add more utensils in the kitchen that there wasn't even a knife to really cut your food no. Nice size bowls. The coffee cups were very small. The pots and pans were not nonstick. So everything you cook stuck to the pans. I paid over $1100 for my stay and it just wasn't worth it

Location was great with ocean views. Price was reasonable. Place was clean. Friendly staff.
Some of the guests were loud and playing music. Im all for fun but I don't want to hear your conversations and music we were there to relax. Also bathroom fixtures could use some fixing.
Location Location, at the very start of the boardwalk nice and quiet, View is beautiful I had a balcony ocean view, the staff was great and rooms clean, the room had a sofa and small kitchen

I like the hotel.
The lock on my door stopped working twice . I had to call maintenance multiple times due to my door not locking. One night I missed dinner with my family cause maintenance took a long time trying to fix it. I spoke with someone at booking .com they said I was going to get a inconvenience fee, they said someone would call me to discuss this situation, but I never received a call back.
Everything was great, beds are extremely comfortable!!
Water pressure for shower
Staff very friendly and helpful, Great view. Rooms very clean, stocked well, bed very comfortable, Shower had great pressure and stayed warm, and room is very roomy. Staff very friendly.

Parking in regular parking lot fills up fast

the bathtub was a little rundown, the floor of the tub was peeled a little bit.

old sagging bed, bathroom door that does not close properly, wet carpet on the floor, dirty corridor, not a closed hotel (room door and the corridorrs are open to the street for anybody to access), hard to find parking
