I enjoyed my stay very much. The beach was great, a little crowded but still plenty of room. The staff that I interacted
Pros:

Location is key for me. It is directly beachfront which is one thing I look for. Parking was plentiful and included in price.

Cons:

No beach or pool towels although you could take bath towels from room to use.

Adequate
Pros:

Proximity to beach and boardwalk. Bed was comfortable. TV selection was good. Kitchen was small but accommodating.

Cons:

No dishwasher. No disposal. Brighthouse light on microwave. Flaking coating in tub near drain. Brightness blinds from light shining through in the morning.

I think for the value this is a wonderful place to stay.
Pros:

The rooms are huge and clean. The kitchenette includes a toaster which helped keep food costs down. The view is beautiful. You can easily access the beach and boardwalk. The pictures show the view from the third floor balcony.

Cons:

Our shower drained very slow. We did let the front desk know and they said they would take care of it but it drained slow the whole week we were there.

Third year there. Overall a good place to stay.
Pros:

Close to boardwalk. And, second floor created visibility to ocean.

Cons:

Gave us keys to a room that was occupied. Had to advise them and wait for another room.

The great place with a beautiful view and friendly staff
Pros:

Wonderful place was a beautiful view just on the ocean. Staff was kind and very responsive. Just the amenities were a little bit dated but they were clean organized since the first time. We've stayed in a hotel where we actually got maid service while we were there.

Cons:

Though very clean, the place was a little bit dated.

I absolutely loved it. The staff was phenomenal and kind.
Pros:

It was quiet. Beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchenette was fabulous.

Location is ideal, but property is not well maintained.
Pros:

Location is good if you're looking for oceanfront without the chaos of the boardwalk. This is at the far north end, with dune access immediately out the back door. The kitchenette was decent with a 2-burner stove top, microwave, toaster, and full size fridge.

Cons:

The state of the property leaves a lot to be desired. Our doorframe (both front and our patio door) were rotted and falling apart. It rained, and water came in the front door. The patio door couldn't even be securely locked and we were on the ground floor. "Garden view" means you face the back of the dune. The landscaping is not kept up at all, so the patio isn't very appealing. Cleanliness was lacking, as there was food from the previous occupant in the kitchen and the floor left your feet black. We had to call housekeeping multiple times for towels. Our TV didn't work properly and was never addressed despite two calls to maintenance.

Pros:

Great location. Wasn’t on the crowed boardwalk but I like that the boardwalk was a few feet away. Great view!

Cons:

Beach access wasn’t bad but definitely wasn’t the most convenient compared to other places I’ve stayed. Had to go down to ground level, around the building then a short walk to beach. Definitely needs some remodeling updates in the rooms.

Would stay here again!
Pros:

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Would definitely book here again in the future. We’ve stayed in multiple beachfront (boardwalk) properties and we would definitely say this was the nicest.
