Я оставила свой шарф в номере, но персонал со мной не связался и не уведомил об этом.
Pros:

Чисто аккуратно, красивые номера

Cons:

В номерах какие-то звуки: что-то скрипит, будто кто-то бьет по окну, они присутствуют весь день и не дают спать, будто треск мебели. Это очень напрягает

Pros:

Kahvaltısı çok iyiydi. Hem yerel Özbek lezzetlerini hem de uluslararası kahvaltı çeşitlerini bulmanız mümkün. Personel inanılmaz yardımcıydı. Çok güler yüzle, işini severek yapıyorlardı. Her konuda yardımcılar, anında çözüm arıyorlar ve de çözmeden, sizin memnun olduğunuza emin olmadan gitmiyorlar.

Cons:

Sadece odanın temizliği daha iyi olabilirdi. Muhtemelen bayağıdır kullanılmamış bir oda verdiler bana. Siyah mobilyaların üstü toz tutmuştu ve de maalesef yeni temizlendiği belli olan lavaboda 2-3 tane kıl vardı. Personelin memnun etmek için üstün çabaları nedeniyle bu konuda puanını çok kırmadım ama daha çok dikkat ederlerse iyi olur.

정말 끔찍한 인터컨티의 경험
Pros:

기분좋게 오래간만에 부모님을 모시고 여행을 했다. 체크아웃때 직원의 실수와 본인 호텔의 실수를 당당하게 우리에게 혜택을 주는듯하게 포장하여 응대하기 전까지는 기분이 좋았다. 하지만 체크아웃은 정말 끔찍했다.

Cons:

방을 3개 예약하고, 결제금액인 부킹닷컴보다 저렴하게 나와 몇번이나 확인했자 맞다고 '너희는 운이 좋다.' 했지만 체크아웃할때 직원은 우리에게 돈을 받지 않았다고 하면서 몇차례 확인하고 부킹닷컴의 금액보다 더 많은 돈을 요구했다. 그리고 우리는 1시간가량을 기다리면서 결국 부킹닷컴에 나와 있는 비용을 지불했지만, 그들은 계속해서 우리가 많이 양보한것이라고 이야기 했다. IHG계열의 호텔을 좋아하기에 알아보지도 않고 어느나라를 가든 IHG계열의 호텔을 이용했지만 이번을 계기로 앞으로는 메리어트 계열의 호텔로 바꾸려한다.

Понравилось все! И номера большие и стильные! Все чисто и обслуживание на полной высоте. Margona в ресторане Nomad сделала прекрасные фотографии для меня на ужине и рассказала с любовью о красоту Ташкента и в какие места стоит сходить. В отеле весь персонал отзывчивый и дружелюбный!
