An Unforgettable Stay at InterContinental Tashkent

I truly do not know how to express my gratitude to the management and staff of InterContinental Tashkent for providing one of the most wonderful and memorable hotel experiences my family and I have ever had.

What made this stay exceptional is that the outstanding service began even before our arrival. Mr. Sardor from the Front Office kindly contacted me in advance, asking if there was anything special we would like to have prepared before check-in, whether we needed airport transportation, and the purpose of our visit to Uzbekistan. I informed him that I was coming to celebrate my wife's birthday with my wife and our little daughter.

Shortly afterward, I also received a thoughtful email from Ms. Elina from the Guest Relations team, asking about our preferences and whether there was anything they could arrange to make our stay even more enjoyable. This level of care and attention before arrival already demonstrated the remarkable hospitality standards of the hotel.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by everyone—from the bell staff to every member of the reception team. The genuine smiles, kindness, and professionalism immediately made us feel not like guests, but like members of a family returning home.

During check-in, we received an unexpected complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite, along with complimentary breakfast for two. However, the greatest surprise awaited us when we entered our room. The suite had been wonderfully decorated with birthday balloons for my wife, accompanied by delicious chocolates and a beautiful handwritten greeting card with heartfelt birthday wishes.

The team also thoughtfully prepared a special gift for our little daughter, which brought immense joy to her. In addition, a generous selection of fresh fruits and nuts had been arranged in the room. Every detail reflected genuine care and attention.

Our experience continued at the Executive Lounge, where every staff member delivered exceptional service with constant smiles and remarkable professionalism. The atmosphere was elegant, welcoming, and truly unforgettable.

The same high standards extended to the spa facilities, where we experienced outstanding hospitality and excellent service.

The following morning, we enjoyed breakfast at the main restaurant and were once again greeted with warmth, friendliness, and impeccable service from every member of the team. Their dedication and positive energy made our morning even more special.

Later, we visited Ember Restaurant on the 17th floor, where we had another fantastic experience. I would particularly like to thank the bartender, whose professionalism, friendliness, and excellent service contributed greatly to making our evening memorable.

In the end, I would like to sincerely thank the entire management team for building such an extraordinary culture of hospitality and excellence. Every employee we encountered demonstrated genuine passion, professionalism, and a heartfelt commitment to guest satisfaction.

This stay has created beautiful memories that my wife, daughter, and I will cherish forever. Without any doubt, whenever I visit Tashkent in the future, InterContinental will always be my first choice.
