This hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. They constantly checked if everything was perfect and were always happy to help with anything.
What made the stay even more special was how welcoming they were to my dog. They treated him like their best friend and even brought him a beautiful and very comfortable bed. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture.
Breakfast was absolutely outstanding and extremely diverse. There were delicious local specialties like chebureki and samsa, a huge variety of nuts and dried fruits, syrniki, and many different egg dishes. There was also a healthy corner with gluten-free cookies, fresh fruits, fresh juices, and detox drinks. In addition, the pastry selection was fantastic — croissants, pain au chocolat, pies, and more.
The room was spacious and very comfortable, with an excellent bathroom and shower. The bed was super comfortable — the mattress, pillows, and bed linen were all amazing and made the sleep truly perfect.
Room service was impressively fast, and throughout the entire stay there was honestly not a single reason for complaint.
This is truly the kind of hotel you don’t want to leave. My stay was unforgettable, and I would absolutely love to come back.
The location is also perfect — right in the very center of the city.
