No parking for taxi near hotel
The experience at the hotel was perfect. The room had everything we needed, and breakfast was decent. But mainly, the hotel staff was kind and really determined to help us, especially my mother.
I especially want to mention Felipe, the reception staff member who was so patient and wonderful with my mother. He really made her trip better. I will never forget it!

Geschmackvolle Suite im 4. Stock, kleines, aber feines Frühstück, zentrale Lage… Wäre da nicht das katastrophale Personal. Noch nie etwas so Unmotiviertes, Unfreundliches und Arrogantes gesehen. Eine echte Jobverfehlung!!!
Sowohl die Rezeption als auch der Manager Herr Diego !!! Kein Problemmanagement, kein Anstand, nur ein arrogantes Grinsen an der Rezeption, auf die Antwort des Managers warten wir auch noch einen Monat später.
Nie wieder dieses Hotel!! Wer sich jetzt noch entscheiden kann, sollte besser ein anderes Hotel wählen!!!
Aufgrund des Streiks in Portugal Anfang Juni konnten wir unseren Flug erst 2 Tage später als gebucht antreten; das Hotel hat schon damals nur äußerst unzuverlässig geantwortet, wir wussten bis zum Schluss nicht, ob unser Zimmer nach wie vor für uns reserviert blieb oder nicht, es war fast keine Kommunikation möglich. Auf Nachfrage vor Ort, ob man eine Lösung für die bereits bezahlten 2 Tage finden kann, wurde von der Rezeption sehr unprofessionell reagiert und auf wiederholte Nachfrage nur die E-Mail Adresse des Managers Herrn Diego gegeben. Dieser hat sich bis heute (Anfang Juli) NICHT auf unsere Email gemeldet.
Zudem gab es in einer Nacht einen großen Alarm im Hotel und niemand im Hotel hat reagiert. Die Hotelgäste waren teils panisch, teils auf den Fluren und vom Personal war weit und breit keine Spur, keine Entwarnung oder Erklärung. Wir wussten nicht, was zu tun war. Die Fluchtwege waren im Erdgeschoss mit Wäschewägen verstellt; als ich durch den Haupteingang des Hotels an die Rezeption gehen wollte, um mich zu informieren, was wir machen sollen, war die Rezeption nicht besetzt; auch auf mehrfaches Klingeln kam niemand. Das Telefon wurde nicht abgenommen, obwohl wir fast 2 Stunden lang versucht haben, anzurufen. Anderen Gästen ging es genauso, wir alle haben die Nacht in Angst verbracht und wussten bis zum nächsten Morgen nicht, was passiert ist.
Die Rezeptionistin am nächsten Morgen hat nichts zu diesem Zwischenfall nachts gesagt, sich nicht entschuldigt oder gefragt, wie es uns geht. Erst auf Nachfrage hat sie schnippisch und arrogant reagiert und es abgetan, als sei nichts passiert. Und das in einem 4 Sterne Hotel!!! Selbst für ein Hostel wäre ihre Art beschämend und berufsverfehlend, aber in einer solchen Hotelkategorie einfach nur eine Schande!!! Und dass sich der Manager bis heute nicht zu unserem Anliegen und dem Schildern der Nacht meldet, vervollständigt unser Bild, dass in diesem Hotel kein Wert auf adäquates Personal gelegt wird.

Bartender was rude, said he could only make one kind of drink and refused any other on the menu.
Perfect location for a first time visit to Lisbon, very central and easy to walk to many sights. The property was quiet and clean, the rooms had nice products in the bathroom. The daily breakfast was also a highlight! Special shout out to Letitia and Miguel at the bar for great service!
The hotel is located on a street that is closed to car traffic, so when you use a taxi or ride share you will have to get dropped off at the end of the block. Even so, I still recommend the hotel.
Me & my husband had a wonderful time staying at Eurostars Lisboa Baixa. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Philipe, Lucas and Alison - I hope I got her correct name. The location is perfect - within walking distance to all touristic sites and in the lively areas of Baixa and Chiado. The room was modern and very clean. I liked that there was always cold water, fruits and some kind of sweets at the reception desk for the guests to have. I highly recommend this hotel.
There was no desk or table to accommodate putting things on it. Also no mirror except in the bathroom. The room had a big wardrobe but no shelves or drawers

A beautiful hotel. Centrally located. The best location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is very clean. We had a suite and absolutely loved it. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel.
The only drawback is that we had to be dropped off at a street corner. The street the hotel is on is closed to cars. Once we oriented ourselves to the hotel location, it was a very short walk to the hotel. Maybe 15 to 20 seconds with our luggage. The same when departing the hotel.
