Instantly greeted with a warm & welcoming smile by Felipe & Bruno. My first time to Lisbon, so I didn't know what to expect, but their gracious attitude made me feel right at home. Other staff interactions were also nice, but I dealt mostly with these two gentlemen, and they were consistent. The hotel is perfect for first-timers with access to many restaurants and attractions. Felt very safe walking around, even at night when the city is beautifully illuminated. Daily treats at the front desk didn't help my waistline, but I wasn't refusing them at all :-) I think my only issue is if you plan on using Uber or Bolt, they are restricted from dropping off or picking up directly in front of hotel due to trams, so limit your luggage and plan on meeting at corner ( Rua do Conceicas) or other nearby. Otherwise, perfect stay 👌✨️❤️🥰

Room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful.
This is a very nice hotel. the only thing I would say is that daily house keeping did not stock us up for coffee and water everyday. In addition we ended up in a room where the air conditioning did not work. It was not overly hot in October however the room did warm up and we had to leave the windows open at night. I slept with your plug since it was a little noisy outside and very close to the very busy touristy area.
Overall room decor, hotel layout, welcome "goodies", excellent staff and delicious breakfast. Hotel is located in the middle of the best area of town and close to all the highlights to see in town.

Staff was amazing and friendly. Always willing to answer questions and explain things. Everything super clean. Breakfast buffet was very good. Having pastries out all day was a nice touch! Location was ideal if you’re looking to stay in the historic district…couldn’t have asked for a better location…can walk to pretty much everything.

I noticed, since I am now in my 3 Eurostar hotel in 7 days, none of them have any note pads to write information down. While it may be old school, somtimes the phone doesn't allow you to copy information to another app and having paper is good!
The staff was very attentive and helpful, they even figured out it was my wife's birthday without me telling them
Everything was great , just to say one thing , the hotel is in an area where sometimes there is no car access
