The hotel is lovely, a perfect stay.
Pros:

Our windows opened to a small balcony that overlooked the beautiful cathedral and all the goings on below. I worried about noise however when the French door was closed we couldn’t hear a thing, really a very lovely clean modern room.

All’arrivo ho trovato un biglietto di benvenuto accompagnato da acqua e due *pastel de nata*: un dettaglio discreto ma indicativo della cura riservata all’ospite. Nel complesso, emerge una gestione attenta e orientata alla qualità dell’esperienza.

Cons:

Tra gli aspetti meno convincenti, l’offerta della colazione risulta nel complesso ampia e ben organizzata, con personale sempre gentile e disponibile; tuttavia, ho riscontrato una minore varietà di opzioni specifiche, in particolare gluten free, senza zuccheri raffinati e senza lattosio.
Inoltre, i prezzi potrebbero essere maggiormente contenuti, così da risultare più competitivi.

Lovely hotel. Great location and spotless rooms.
Pros:

Great central location. Could easily walk to everywhere we wanted to go.
Street was quiet as restricted to trams, cyclists and motorbikes.
Rooms were well equipped and clean.
Friendly staff.
