The hotel was exceptional. The location was perfect, the staff were very helpful and the rooms were gorgeous. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back in the summer months.

Very professional and nice staff. The room and bathroom were large, very clean, and had everything you needed during the stay. Free champagne in the afternoon was an added bonus! The location was great - easy walking distance to many restaurants, quiosques, stores, etc. Would definitely not hesitate to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Nu am stat mult in camera de hotel. Ne-am intrebat insa, de ce ferestrele camerei nu se puteau deschide. Probabil, daca sederea in camera ar fi fost mai indelungata, nedeschiderea ferestrelor ne-ar fi deranjat.

We stayed for 2 nights visiting Lisbon as a couple wanting to explore the city and eat out. The hotel is perfectly located. Close to the river in the heart of Lisbon and an easy walk to places of interest and loads of restaurants, we couldn't have been happier. The hotel was spotlessly clean and smelt amazing. Our room was on the 4th floor and was a good size with a massive comfy bed, and good size shower with nice shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and a good hair dryer. There was also a chargeable mini bar and a jug of water left out when we arrived. Lovely touch was the Pateis de Nata out in reception every day! Highly recommend this hotel.
The trams go up and down the road quite late and early and are quite noisy / rumbly! But we were exhausted from all the walking so it really didn't disturb us too much (and is a beautiful part of Lisbons culture!).
