Very disappointing stay – poor facilities and lack of service

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We had booked a deluxe room but were initially assigned a budget room by reception. The room was extremely small, with virtually no space beside the bed, meaning the only way to get into bed was to climb in from the bottom.

After requesting a different room, we were moved to a twin deluxe room. However, the problems continued. The toilet flush did not work properly and would not refill with water, the fridge was not working, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Only one towel was provided, and there was no bath mat.

What made the experience particularly frustrating was the lack of interest from the staff. When we reported the toilet problem, we were told someone would come and look at it, but nobody ever did. We felt our concerns were simply ignored.

Given the number of problems with the room and the lack of willingness from reception to address them, we decided to leave one night earlier than planned.

Overall, the hotel fell well below our expectations in terms of room allocation, basic facilities and customer service. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

Muy mala experiencia

Lo único reseñable a favor del hotel es un empleado llamado Furkan, que fue realmente amable y trato de hacer nuestra estancia más cómoda dentro de lo posible.

Cons:

La habitación era ridículamente pequeña, hasta el extremo de que no era posible pasar de un lado a otro de la habitación si no se saltaba por encima de la cama. En la habitación no funcionaba la televisión ni había wifi. Las cocineras que preparaban el desayuno (en el que no te hacían ni caso respecto a lo que querías comer) fueron super desagradables, llegando a exigir que le llevásemos los platos desde la mesa una vez que habíamos terminado. En recepción pasaron de todo, tratando de convencernos de que el problema de la TV era en todo Estambul y que allí nadie podía ver la televisión por problemas de emisión... La ubicación del hotel está en una cuesta tan pronunciada y estrecha, que ninguno de los taxis que alquilamos nos dejó o recogió en la puerta, teniendo siempre que realizar a pie un pequeño trayecto de una pendiente inimaginable. El baño era tan pequeño y con un lavabo tan diminuto, que no podías cepillarte los dientes ni lavarte las manos o la cara sin salpicar el suelo y a ti mismo. Encima, como no se puede pasar de un lado a otro de la habitación, ya que la cama ocupaba de pared a pared, no la hacían nunca, y solo un día limpiaron el suelo. Además otro día no nos dejaron ni toallas limpias, teniendo que bajar a recepción al llegar por la noche para solicitarlas

Nagyon jó helyen van az Óvárosi részben! Igényesen felújított és még lift is van! A személyzet kedves aranyos és segítőkész!

Měly jsme zaplacenou snídani. Bohužel pani která měla na starost snídaně a byla tam na to sama tak nestíhala. Nebylo doplňováno pečivo, nebo džus, o vajíčka jsme si museli říkat, ale ikdyž jsme si o ně řekli například o 4 míchaná vajíčka pro dvě osoby, tak jsme dostali dvě, což je za mě málo, zvlášť když to bylo to “hlavní” na té snídani.

Stěny mezi pokojema jsou docela tenké, takže když tam někdo hlasitěji mluvil, pocitově to bylo jako by byl hned vedle mě.

Lednice v pokoji nefungovala.

Voda ve sprše byla vlažná, teplá vůbec netekla.
