La habitación en general, la ventana que tenía daba al lobby del hotel y encima la cortina que tienen no cubre por completo la ventana asi que cualquiera puede asomarse mientras esperan al ascensor
Excellent Stay – Great Location!
I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall experience was very good.
The location is excellent—very close to Beer Street, and many other restaurants, shops, and attractions are within walking distance. It was very convenient for exploring the area.
The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. The staff also seemed very friendly and welcoming. I didn’t really need any assistance during my stay, so I didn’t have much interaction with the staff, but everyone I met was polite and pleasant.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in a convenient location. I would happily stay here again.
The staff was generous and nice, the food was extremely fresh and tasty!

Nhân viên rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Mình book gấp sau khi bị ksan khác tự chuyển mình sang chỗ k ưng. Ban đầu kiếm môt chỗ được được để ở 2 đêm thôi nhưng rất hài lòng
Nếu dc ksan để thêm một tấm thảm trc cửa nvs nha, tại vì lâu lâu mình đi lộn dép ra có hơi ướt sàn
Phòng sạch sẽ, mát mẻ, yên tĩnh. Nhân viên nhiệt tình và thân thiện. Nếu đến Hà Nội mình sẽ ở đây một lần nữa

La propreté qui laisse à désirer et la douche qui est au dessus des toilettes.
It was a budget option in central part of Old Quarter.
Mould in the rooms, being asked to upgrade and pay extra (clearly because the room wasn’t suitable). Moved rooms and the new room was significantly better but still damp with mould along walls. Weren’t given a refund but able to leave after 1 night thankfully. Wouldn’t stay again although very cheap. Also very noisy by beer street.
