Foi uma estadia curta mas o suficiente para conhecer um pouco de Hanoi.
Pros:

localização perfeita , funcionários muito simpáticos e gentis . Eles tem muita opção de tours podem te aconselhar e marcar os teus próprios tours e até mesmo o transfer para o aeroporto. Por isso não tens de preocupar com planeamento antes de viajar. Super aconselho 😘

staff was great and attentive, central location so easy to get to wherever, large spacious rooms

Cons:

right near the strip so it’s VERY loud at night, doesn’t quieten down until very late so if you want to have a good nights rest after ha giang, maybe don’t look here, the city view was in fact just a view of a cage.

Best experience if you wanna stay in busy center but still quiet room to get rest.

Top hotel to stay in Hanoi. Let me describe our experience. We had been greet, reception was nice and welcoming. Check-in was easy and prompt. Room was nice, clean and spacious. Everything worked. Room was QUIET. Which is absolute plus in such a busy area. 10/10. Also, wanna mention that i forget my airpads in the room and reception manage to ship it rapidly on my address abroad !! What a service ! Absolute top notch. Thanks a lot !!! You doing great job.

Excelente ubicación para quedarse en Hanoi
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, nos daban una botella de agua gratis al día, tenían dulces en recepción y al momento de irnos nos dieron una bolsita con snacks de regalo como agradecimiento por quedarnos con ellos. Muy atentos.

Se escuchaba todo el ruido del pasillo o de otras habitaciones.
