Pros:

It was a budget option in central part of Old Quarter.

Cons:

Mould in the rooms, being asked to upgrade and pay extra (clearly because the room wasn’t suitable). Moved rooms and the new room was significantly better but still damp with mould along walls. Weren’t given a refund but able to leave after 1 night thankfully. Wouldn’t stay again although very cheap. Also very noisy by beer street.

Khách sạn được sắp xếp ngăn nắp và rất sạch sẽ.
Pros:

Khách sạn tốt, giá cả phải chăng, phòng ốc sạch sẽ và vị trí thì quá tuyệt. Nhân viên rất dễ mến và nhiệt tình, họ sẵn sàng giúp đỡ đặt xe đi sapa vào lúc đêm muộn. Chúng tôi sẽ quay lại đây.

Cons:

Đây là trung tâm phố cổ Hà Nội nên phòng ốc nhỏ là điều dễ hiểu và chấp nhận được.

Pros:

Standard double bed room, nothing fancy, lots of water in minifridge, good location. Good air conditioning, allowed me to extend stay another night

Cons:

Minimal english spoken, room was a box with no window, bathroom setup wasnt great with water going eveywhere, air conditioning is directly above your head, couldnt help me with nearest pharmacy or anything
