CitySpace Acton

It was a great location, 3 minutes walk to North Acton tube, 2 stops to Westfield White City, several small supermarkets in the area. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Building is secure and decent. Front desk is very nice! Good communication with owner.

Apartment does not have air conditioning … being an ignorant American that is my fault. Issue with that is there was only only fan and not a single way to circulate air throughout the apartment. It is on the 44th floor with a great view but there is only one window that only slight cracks. The sliding door to the balcony is nice but doesn’t help to circulate into bathroom or bedroom. Very stuffy because of these things

The internet did not work. Tried multiple times and let the owner know and was not offered help with fixing. The internet not working was a deal breaker for me because I still have to work on vacations and I was unable to

In the long run we had to find alternative accommodations which is very disappointing having to pay for two places but is what it is

Loved this property. The managing staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Aaron, specifically, answered all my questions and really helped me navigate the city.
The apartment was clean and the front desk staff was really friendly and helpful as well.
It was quite noisy around us, as there is a lot of construction, but the property itself was exactly what I needed.

Fantastic accomodation with an excellent view.

Nice flat within a few train stops from Heathrow. Spacious, clean and modern. The area is not the best; would not recommend roaming the area at night. The flat, however, was nice and I would recommend. No place for luggage storage and checkout is a bit earlier than standard hotels/aparthotels.

Space was awesome! So convenient to two train lines. The washer/dryer was such a nice have after waking in Spain and Portugal for two weeks. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Excellent place to stay! Apartment is very clean, modern and spacious with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. All appliances including washing machine are of good quality. TV, streaming services & broadband. The views towards the city are amazing. I could happily sit and enjoy the view all day!! We were on the 44th floor with balcony (though we weren’t brave enough to use it!) Communication with the host was good and we were met by a nice lady at the reception who showed us how to use everything in the apartment. There are supermarkets nearby and tube station with trains to central London.
The only negative we could say, is that we found it hard to sleep because of the heat due to the exceptionally hot weather. Though the windows can open, it was so hot outside it made little difference.,They had kindly left a fan running in the bedroom prior to our arrival which we were grateful for. I would definitely stay there again.

The apartment itself was beautiful. The area outside of the building which is North Acton is a little run down but lots of construction present, so it’s slowly being renovated. Very young, and diverse area. Overall a good stay for our first time in London, on and the train station is practically across the street so that’s super convenient!

Apartment was beautiful and very modern. Great view from the 30th floor. Management was very friendly and responsive. Fantastic area - very close to underground station making it very quick and easy to travel around London. We had a lovely time! Thanks!

My girlfriend and I have stayed here many times over the past year, and it instantly became our favourite place to stay when we want to see each other. As we are long distance and don’t live together, this property gives us an amazing bathroom, kitchen, living area, and an amazing view from the balcony which we admire every time. Watching the night lights of London from 30 stories high listening to our favourite music and maybe a takeaway is the perfect evening. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay here … we would stay there again . It was spacious, modern and clean .. only thing they don’t make accommodations for early check ins which was unfortunate for us because we arrived way before 3pm. They didn’t even try to accommodate for our luggage

The apartment is big and clean. There's washer and dryer, and a small kitchen, which I appreciate. The view was lovely. The only problem was the bathroom. The bathtub is rather high to climb over. There wasnt a safety handrail or any kind of support that we can hold on to. My husband and I both slipped several times throughout our stay, getting in and out of the bathtub, even though we put down the non slip mat. Obviously the non slip mat wasn't working very well. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen. I would have given it a perfect score if its not for this issue.

We had the most exquisite experience at city space acton. The environment and everything in it was well planned out, also the train station being a 2 min walk from the complex was a big plus. Will be booking again everytime I stop in London. 100/10

This is a large property with beautiful views from the unit. Easy to access from either the Central or Elizabeth lines. Not many dinner type eateries around the area. Only downside for us was the bed, it's not tremendously comfortable.

Very clean and modern with spectacular views of London. Everything needed included , couldn't wish for better . One small point, the fridge/freezer turned itself off, even though the lights inside stayed on, ruining the food inside. Appliance manuals were inside a cupboard so we managed to rectify, but worth noting for future bookings .

Second time at CitySpace Acton and just as good as the first time. My apartment was on the 44th floor, with a west facing balcony, so I could sit out and enjoy the evening sun.
Everything you'd need for a stay is there, whether you want to cater for yourself, or not. There's even a washer/dryer if you were here for a while.

I hope to return here on a future visit to London.
