Pros:

Well to start the day I arrived I noticed parking was veryyyy limited, they gave us room 19 and the a/c was leaking water so they moved us to room 3 which it’s toilet seat was lose and the water pressure of the shower was so minimum, the shower head knob was loose, old toilet, and last night there I had to park around the corner on the street because there was no parking.

You need to have somebody at the front desk in the office at all times. In case of emergencies. The room had mold and smelled musty like there was a flood or water seepage and it just embedded in the room.

Room was decent, bed linen could use an upgrade (hair & particles) on the sheets. But, the convenience of having coffee in the lounge area & it being well maintained was great to have. Plus, the location was only a few blocks from the beach.

Oh, and the room door was hell to lock like others said.

Rosalina was such a cute stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. For most of our stay (Fri-Tuesday), the front desk was closed, but they were reachable by phone. The only downside is that the pools were dirty. Hurricane Erin passed by Saturday/Sunday, but by Tuesday, nobody had come to clean the pool. The hotel is walking distance to our favorite breakfast spot - Kasalta. It is also walking distance to the beach and other food places. Parking was always available for us during our stay.
