Bliss Apartments Holbox

Staff was a bit late meeting us but gorgeous apartment. My friend complained about the water pressure but I've seen similar issues with many island places.

Check in was confusing, no blankets, no TV remote, room cleaning was limited to sweeping and taking out the trash, ran out of toilet paper 24 hours prior to departure, one of the showers was non functional. The stove did not have gas and took 24 hours for someone to fix it. The sheets on the bed were stained. Did I mention not a single blanket!!!

This is an apartment building with only 6 apartments. The area is beautiful and only a couple of blocks from the gorgeous beach. The apartments are very clean and well cared for. Our host was Carla and she was amazing! Such a sweet lady and had lots of info on what to do around the area. Very attentive. The apartments belong to a hotel a block away but Carla came to check us in when we got there. We got to use the hotel facility which includes an infinity pool on the roof that overlooks the beach. Beautiful at sunset!! This place is clean, quiet and safe. One drawback: when you reserve make sure you correctly list the number of guests. For one of the apartments we rented I put 4 and we ended up being 7. Although the apartment has 3 bedrooms and can easily accommodate 8 guests, they kept one bedroom locked so we couldn't use it. They would not open it for us and two of our group had to sleep on the couches. Otherwise this is a great place to stay. Pay attention to time of year. Wet season is bad, this is an island with sandy streets, travel is on foot, golf cart or 4 wheeler taxi. Huge puddles block some of the roads if they have heavy rain. But it's worth it to visit this beautiful place!

Aunque está un poco retirado de la plaza principal de Holbox estuvimos muy cómodos. Es bastante amplio el departamento, tiene una gran cocina y sala comedor con una television muy grande y muy buen wifi para ser Holbox ..tiene un restaurant riquísimo La Cavane a 3 cuadras Delicioso con precios mas accesibles incluso que en el centro....aparte pudimos gozar de la hermosa terraza del hotel Casa Astral donde disfrutamos de su alberca, hamacas, y comida

Nice modern clean apartment

Amazing place for a family, you have everything you need in the place. The area is a little far form downtown but the quiet is worth it, you might consider rent a bike or a golf car

Primera vez que viajo a la isla Holbox, viaje familiar. Cuando llegue estaba todo limpio, como. Excelente servicio. Lo recomiendo y si llego a ir otra vez me quedaría en el mismo lugar.

The experience in general was extremely good, our hostess Carla has given us an excellent service, always very friendly and was aware of what we needed at all times. The property is in an area of ​​the island where there is not much noise and you can rest very well. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The showers in both bathrooms are the best, the water comes out with a lot of pressure and you can regulate the temperature to your liking. There are very good quality restaurants nearby, the beach is very close by walking in less than 5 minutes and you can use the pool on the roof top of a sister property that is two streets away, the view from the pool is incredible and the sunsets are magical , there is a bar with an extra cost that you can pay in cash directly. I highly recommend it, I will book again without hesitation.

Staying at “bliss “ was the best decision and the best experience I’ve ever had on Holbox island , room was clean ac nice and cold , staff super friendly and always attentive , definitely will stay again next year!

Superbe appartement très bien situé, très propre..super bien équipé..belles salles de bain..lit immense..très belle déco,tout est parfait..
Lesli fait tout pour que notre séjour soit agréable..elle gère pour nous les réservations de voiturettes si besoin, nous conseille pour les meilleurs endroits où manger.
Elle est adorable.
Nous avons manger dans un restaurant juste en face de l’appartement, conseillé par Lesli..puis soirée avec vu sur le couché de soleil sur le rooftop..vue unique magnifique..avec piscine..à faire absolument !!
Il n’y avait que nous..un barman à notre disposition qui nous a fait les meilleurs cocktails pour quelques pesos..
Superbe endroit où nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps.

El departamento está muy agusto y espacioso, el personal siempre estuvo atento, el único detalle es la ubicación, queda como a 15 minutos del centro caminando
