das personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. die zimmer waren wie beschrieben.

Cons:

die sauna hätte im preis inkludiert sein sollen (das war der grund, weshalb wir dieses hotel rausgesucht haben, die sauna) - so haben wir 19€ pro nutzung pro zimmer gezahlt. das war vorher irgendwie nicht klar herausgestellt

Es war ein rundum großartiger Aufenthalt. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Ob der Barkeeper, die Dame beim Frühstück, die Rezeptionisten oder die Hausdame, alles war außergewöhnlich herzlich. Mein Sohn hatte während unseres Aufenthaltes sein Kuscheltier verloren, was uns erst zu Hause auffiel, es wurde nach Anfrage aufgefunden und zurück geschickt. Großartig! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
