Ótima infraestrutura. Ponto alto são as piscinas de água termal. Ponto fraco é o café da manhã. Esperava mais.

A infraestrutura do hotel é maravilhosa, além das piscinas com água termal, tem cinema, academia, sala de jogos, sauna. Localização foi ótima pra nós pois fomos a pé para o Aquamotion e bem pertinho da Snowland. Fornecem roupão para ir nas piscinas.

Cons:

Eu acho que coloquei muita expectativa com base na propaganda do hotel. Esperava que os quartos fossem mais luxuosos, achei bem simples, banheiro desgastado, cortinas dos quartos com mofo, o que ativou a rinite da família. O café da manhã não era muito saboroso, sempre igual durante os 5 dias que ficamos hospedados, acabamos enjoando. Alimentos dispostos de qualquer forma, a apresentação poderia ser mais fina. Os pães estavam sempre duros, independente do dia. Funcionários do hotel são sérios e não cumprimentam. Com exceção do que levou nossas malas, um moço alto e magro, que foi super educado e simpático conosco.

Opção boa para ir com crianças

Cons:

O atendimento no restaurante à noite foi decepcionante. Demora para tirar os pedidos, depois de mais de 1h esperando, ao perguntarmos a segunda vez pelo prato, fomos informados de que estava em falta.
