Coffret de sûreté ne fonctionne pas. On me dit qu'on va m'en rapporter un autre mais je n'en ai pas reçu.
Le lit est dur comme de la roche.
Derrière l'hôtel, il y a un club de pickelball donc dès 5h le matin, on entend beaucoup de bruit.

The hotel was average. Staff are friendly but their English wasn’t great which made it hard to communicate.
The location was quiet, but a bit too remote for our liking, with very few nearby restaurants or attractions. The pool area looked dated and could really use some updating.
The bed was extremely hard, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, there’s a pickleball court right next to the hotel, and the noise in the evenings and early mornings was constant and disruptive.
Overall, not the relaxing stay we were hoping for.
Room was spacious, modern and comfortable
We booked this hotel as it stated it had an on-site restaurant open until 23.00 and a roof top bar and pool open until 22.00, knowing we would be arriving late after our flight from Da Nang this seemed perfect, we arrived just after 20.00 to find that both the restaurant and pool were closed and there was nothing else open in the local area, the receptionist offered no suggestions and we ended up having to take a grab to another district about 30 minutes away to be able to have dinner.
Nice size room and clean
Bed was rock hard. Left some personal items on the balcony, have messaged them nonstop and been ignored.
Lovely hotel, comfortable beds
The staff were so helpful and polite. We arrived early and they looked after our luggage whilst we went for lunch. Our room was spacious and bright. We opted for a traditional pho breakfast, which was tasty.
The only criticism we had was the exceptionally hard bed - the mattress had almost no spring to it - perhaps most visitors like this, but it was far too hard for us.

Friendly staff, lovely spacious lobby. Room was a good size very clean. Bathroom had a great shower. Bed was comfy pillows were very nice. Breakfast was tasty very good coffee. Shopping centre near by a few places to eat and drink. We enjoyed our stay.
