Wonderful staff
Pros:

We were there for the Wynonna-Melissa Etheridge concert. The shuttle service was a plus. I don't remember the drivers name but he went above and beyond. Our whole experience was absolutely wonderful.

Pros:

Location was convenient to the work needed to be performed.

Cons:

They kept having to issue me room keys. I had an E-mail this morning that said my reservation has been cancelled. May be why I kept having to have them issue new room keys.

Clean hotel
Pros:

The location, cleanliness and newness of the hotel was great.

Cons:

The cost for one night was $250 — in Albertville. If I wasn’t in a hurry to book, I would have chosen another place to stay because of the excessive cost for one night.

Our stay was peaceful and convenient.
Pros:

Location was in the middle of a major shopping area so there was plenty of options to eat, get gas, go shopping, etc.

Cons:

The coffee was not good.

I would recommend this place
Pros:

When we arrived May 1, we got to check in early. The staff was excellent. We were here to see a concert. They offered a shuttle back-and-forth to the venue. The shuttle driver was named Michael. He was fantastic. Had a great sleep. Got up and went for breakfast and I believe the ladies name is Stephanie who oversee the breakfast buffet. She was incredible.
