Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful
The pool on the top floor was great
Amazing location super easy to walk to different parts and loads of restaurants around

Cons:

Every time you sit in the bed with your back against the headboard the mattress slides off the platform, no big deal just happened to us every day

Above and beyond service
Pros:

Incredibly good service, great location, lovely clean rooftop pool and bar, good shower. Lots of recommendations of things to do in hue and helped organise.

친절과 시설이 훌륭한 숙소
Pros:

도착 시간이 좀 빨랐음에도 웰컴 드링크 및 빠른 체크인을 해주었고, 데스크 직원은 너무 친절하게 모든 시설과 사용법, 주변 관광지에 대해서도 지도를 가져와서 설명해주어 매우 만족스러웠음. 또한 룸의 크기도 편안했으며 청소 상태도 완벽했음.
1일 택시 대절과 다음 목적지인 다낭까지 가는 택시도 미리 예약할 수 있게 해주어 편리했으며 전반적으로 매우 만족스런 숙박이었음.
특히 이 모든 사항에 대해 안내해준 직원인 로라(?)가 인상깊었음. 그리고 조식의 품질도 매우 훌륭했으며 식당 직원들의 친절도도 빼 놓을 수 없을 정도로 좋았음. 추후 방문시에도 이 호텔에 재숙박하고 싶음.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par l’élégance des lieux, l’atmosphère raffinée et l’attention portée au moindre détail. Tout était absolument parfait : le confort, la propreté, la qualité des prestations et la gentillesse de toute l’équipe.
Nous souhaitons adresser une mention toute particulière au portier Beo Nan Can et Anna dont le professionnalisme, la bienveillance et l’attention ont rendu notre séjour encore plus mémorable. Sa gentillesse et son sens du service méritent d’être soulignés et chaleureusement félicités.
Chaque moment passé dans cet hôtel a été un véritable plaisir et nous repartons avec de magnifiques souvenirs. Une adresse d’exception que nous recommandons sans hésitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Very good location, near local restaurants and spas.
Quite a good selection at breakfast. Nice and decent swimming pool.

The wifi signal in the room sometimes isn't very good.

Nice staff. Not a great place if you enjoy sleeping and getting rest. Expect to wake up 5/6am.

Cons:

Hotel was very shabby, rooms were old, in a state of total disrepair (the tap in the bathroom just came off in your hand), water backing up, the entire place smelled mouldy and damp... they moved me from one room to another becuase of these DAMN DOGS that just YAP from 5am every morning. This isn't really the hotel's fault but my god these idiotic, stupid mutts just dont shut up.

Alles 🥰 super personal sehr gute englisch Kenntnisse. Das Frühstück war absolut super lecker. So viel Auswahl ❤️🥰 Zimmer waren sauber und der Pool war auch toll . Kann es nur empfehlen

Zimmer, Ausstattung, Lage, Frühstück... alles super! Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Frauen an der Rezeption, die sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, offen und kompetent für jede Frage waren.
