Great location, comfy bed. Added extra with pool. Staff are what make the place.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely lovely, all of them. So welcoming and really helpful!
The property is in a great location in a quieter area but still close to everything.

Cons:

Could do with some updating really. Looking a bit tired.

Although absolutely NOT the hotels fault if your room is at the back of the property there is a dog that barks literally ALL night!

Gracias!

This is how you exceed expectations
Pros:

Insane value for money

Spacious room with a comfortable bed

Dead-quiet despite being in a relatively busy area

Accommodating, friendly and professional staff who make you feel welcome and all spoke English

Cons:

Everything was well above expectations, but if I had to nitpick;

Bed could be longer (I am a tall guy at 191 cm)

Heater for hot shower required manual turning on

Staff forgot to inform us about the rooftop pool
