Super Hotel. Top locatie. Boek GEEN Hai Van bagage transfer.
Pros:

Echt een prachtig mooie ruime kamer met balkon in gezelligste straatje van Hue. Personeel echt super vriendelijk. Kon scooter bij hotel huren voor niet veel geld. Ook uitgebreid ontbijt voor deze prijsklasse.

Cons:

Enige punt was dat VIA het hotel geregeld was een scooter voor over de Hai Van pass met tijdige bagage transfer naar ons volgend hotel in Hoi An. Dit is smorgens uitgebreid besproken en we moesten half uurtje voor aankomst even app sturen. Nou we hebben uren op onze bagage gewacht. Als we dit van te voren hadden geweten hadden we dit zeker niet geboekt. Verder, als we het hadden geweten, hadden we iets kunnen meenemen voor de eerste uren. Werkelijk waardeloos

Pros:

This place was amazing. The staff were so nice and they gave us juice while we were checking in. I liked the balcony attached to our room and the roof was a cool spot to hang out next to the pool. The hotel is also in a great location. Very walkable to a lot of food spots and activities

Fijn hotel, nette en schone badkamer en slaapkamer. Ontbijt was goed! Heerlijk zwembadje op het dak. Zeer vriendelijke personeel!!

Es gab ein rundes, gepolstertes Bett welches trotz des großen Zimmers zu viel Raum einnahm und zeitgleich zu klein für durchschnittliche Europäer ist.
Zudem war der stoffbezogene Rahmen leider verdreckt

Enjoyed my stay in this friendly hotel
Pros:

I've been getting accustomed to the friendliness of the the Vietnamese people and Hue in particular is a great place to visit. I enjoyed getting up for a swim in the Jade Scene rooftop pool before starting my day with their the excellent breakfast. The staff stood out. they were always very approachable, friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel - so lovely
Pros:

Loved this place - great shower and colourful decor. Great selection of tropical fruit and juices. But best of all the staff who couldn't do enough for you and were so friendly and cheerful.

Cons:

Nothing. Thought it was great as it was.

Clean hotel, helpful staff in a central location!
Pros:

The pool bar area looked nice though I didn’t use as was only there 2 nights and was pretty busy.
It was in a central location making it easy I walk to where I wanted to go, it was all very clean, nice breakfast and lovely staff.

Cons:

The hotel itself, room, decor, furniture and breakfast room ok but dated, but for what you pay it’s fine!

Peut etre(sans doute) le meilleur hôtel de ce mois passé au Vietnam!!

TOUT,de l’arrivée ou le portier a de suite était là pour les bagages,à la réception ou les filles( il y en a trop, je ne peux me souvenir de tous les noms)vous font un accueil exceptionnel, en passant par les femmes de ménages, discrètes et efficaces ……etc,etc……la piscine très très bien,sauf…….a voir plus bas

Cons:

Rien tout était parfait!!!!sauf……. Les mioches qui braillent à la piscine,alors que l’on est là pour se reposer… le seul petit point a changer dans l’établissement : piscine adulte only!!!!
