The breakfast was not great. The pool area is missing shade (we had a heatwave). You can tell that the rooms are getting old.

Great hotel, very comfortable, with amazing staff.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, with large room with all amenities. Very comfortable. Rooftop pool and bar. Great breakfast. Great location, close to all attractions and lots of restaurants. But best part is the amazing staff. Especially Ms Anna and Ms Laura. Such warm, friendly and genuinely caring people. Organised transfers and tours very efficiently. Treated me more like a best friend than a guest. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Only thing I didnt like, was that I had to leave.

Nice hotel in perfect area
Pros:

Staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast offered different options every day, as well as a wide selection of fruit and eggs cooked to order (or hue style pho).
The street of the hotel is just that bit off the main strip, that you're quickly there without having the noise. Also the family restaurant next door and the massage place were incredible (we can't say anything about the spa of the hotel).
The rooftop bar was a highlight, prices were very competitive. We would definitely come back.

Best in Hue
Pros:

The accommodation exceeded our expectations. We booked a one-night stay quite spontaneously without putting much thought into it or knowing much about the place beforehand. The value for money was excellent. The location was great, the breakfast was good, and there was a stunning rooftop terrace with a swimming pool. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice balcony. The staff were very helpful, and our luggage was carried to the room and also loaded into the taxi when we left.

Cons:

The shower drain seemed to be slightly clogged, and the water drained slowly.

Tucked away down a side street, Jade Scene gives you a peacefulnrespite from the busy city streets of Hue. Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Room was beautiful, clean and comfortable..
Breakfast was lovely and catered for most .
I'd definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Fabulous
Pros:

Thang and her colleagues were excellent. They were very welcoming and helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them.
The hotel is in a good location for exploring the city and nearby restaurants & bars.
The breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
The room was large and comfortable with a balcony.
Would highly recommend.
