Pros:

Great location, great price, great staff. A good 3star hotel. Breakfast plentiful but a bit of a cramped room and busy sometimes. Lovely to cool down in rooftop bar. Inwould recommend for this type of hotel.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean.

Cons:

With it being really hot and the pool being on the rooftop, the pool was like getting into a bath, so wasn’t exactly great to cool down. No music and no one was at the bar so it’s not very vibey on the rooftop.

Pros:

Hotel is in a great location, just at the heart of the city. But tucked away enough to block the noise. Few minutes from restaurants and walking street, close enough to Perfume River. Room was very big and spacious. Breakfast is simple, but satisfying. They even prepared us a takeaway breakfast on our last day as we were taking the train and going to miss breakfast. Freshly brewed coffee, fresh fruit and toast, much appreciated!
Receptionists were very helpful at check-in and helping us decide on our itinerary in Hue.
Great value for money.

Cons:

Rooms a bit outdated. Swimming pool could be cleaner.

Best of both worlds
Pros:

Location was great. We like a quiet hotel but not too far from the action which isn't always easy to find. This hotel is a short walk from the main drag but far enough away that the weekend street party can't be heard. Nice rooms, comfy bed, good food, very attentive staff.

Cons:

We were there during a heat wave and the roof top pool was in full sun all day which meant the water was soupy warm. Not particularly refreshing but not the end of the world.

Good. Not amazing but not too bad.
Pros:

Swimming pool and terrace bar.
We arrived very early in the morning and we could have a room directly.
Staff friendly and who explains all touristic options.

Cons:

We were "upgrade". We had a bigger room but less cosy and luxury, compared to photos.

Unfortunatly, we were a little bit scammed : the tour we planned with them was expensive because they rented a boat trip (planned for 20 people or maybe more) for just 2 of us. But I guess this is our fault, we should've check the other options and prices before.

Un havre de paix au milieu de la ville
Pros:

Un hôtel charmant, propre et très bien situé : à l’abri du bruit tout en étant à proximité d’une rue animée le soir, ce qui permet de profiter de l’ambiance tout en gardant le calme pour se reposer.
Le personnel est adorable, toujours accueillant et aux petits soins. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, avec des variations proposées chaque jour.
La piscine est un véritable havre de paix, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Les massages proposés sont également de grande qualité. Doux, soignés et très relaxants.

The hotel is fine and in a good location. Do not come here expecting luxury.
Pros:

The location is great and the staff are very friendly.

Cons:

They refuse to give you a second key card so you cannot have the air con on in your room while you are not there. We are here in summer with average temperature of 36 degrees so this meant our room was unbearable every time we came home.

Someone also had a dog on our floor despite the hotel being pet free which woke us up.

Everything. Các bạn nhân viên vừa chuyên nghiệp lại vừa thân tình. Gia đình mình có chuyến tàu muộn sau khi trả phòng và khách sạn đã tạo điều kiện để tụi mình có thể tắm rửa sạch sẽ trước khi lên tàu. 4 đêm mình ở đây phòng luôn được dọn hàng ngày, khăn tắm thay mới sạch sẽ. Dịch vụ ở đây có lẽ còn tốt hơn nhiều khách sạn 5*.
