Our stay at the Jade scene was excellent it's close to the nightlife,( but still quite) restaurants and an easy walk to the perfumed river. Our room was lovely and the room has a TV, fridge etc. Breakfast was very good something for most people. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful, they booked trips and transport for us, so a big thank you the ladies at reception who are Ha, Nhi, Anna,Kaity and Trang.

The staff were so professional friendly and very helpful. There was no problem communicating in English. The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fine.
The hotel was situated in an alleyway which seemed sketchy to walk down at first but it turns out that there were lots of other hotels, food places and shops there as well.
The bed pillows should be better quality.
Hôtel bien situé. Les hôtes sont charmants. Si vous avez des correspondances vous pouvez bénéficier en fin de journée d’une douche et de l’hospitalité sur le rooftop avant de partir.
Les photos ne sont pas actualisées. Elles montrent un établissement neuf alors que non mais entretenu. La salle du petit déjeuner ne convient pas aux claustrophobes, elle est en plus enfumée par la cuisine. La nourriture proposée est de bonne qualité.
Location was excellent. Staff were so friendly and spoke good English! Breakfast was good and pool was great!

Hôtel confortable au centre ville dans une rue calme. Nous avons apprécié d’avoir notre chambre très tôt, après une nuit en train ! Très bons lits. Service de massages. Équipe attentionnée et souriante. Je recommande.
Sehr gute Lage. Extrem freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Interessanterweise sind die Buchungen für Unternehmungen über das Hotel wirklich günstiger als über andere Anbieter. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Fijne kamer. Heerlijk bed. Goede locatie, behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Lekker ontbijt.
De boattour die werd aangeboden voor 750.000 VND is toch wel aan de dure kant. Lijkt me dat er goedkopere en betere opties zijn om de highlights te zien. Kleinigheidje wat mij betreft, want het was ook wel weer handig omdat ik maar een korte dag in Hué had.
