Pros:

I liked that the room included a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and sink. The bathroom as on the larger side, which was nice for family. The people were very friendly.

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable with thin bedding. The pool was smaller than we had expected and a hot tub would have been nice for adults. The breakfast needed to be attended to more frequently for refills and clean-up.

Amazing customer service by every team member!
Pros:

Everything! Located close to the hospital, awesome free breakfast, sparkly clean room & over the top customer service! I travel a lot and this property (& staff) really stand out (on multiple levels:))!

The Staff was nice. Had a good view

Cons:

Pool room was freezing and so was the water. Was told it was heated, was NOT. Breakfast was free for a reason. Shower wasn’t good and didn’t have good water pressure.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate my family. Well my sister was in the hospital nearby and it was Super awesome
