Pros:

The front end staff offered excellent customer service but the cleaning and kitchen staffs needs to do better. Kitchen staff serving food with cracked or broken plates, cleaning staffs leaving old, torned or ragged towel and bed cloth most of the time. The hotel is very close to the airport.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff was incredibly attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and all the amenities were exactly what I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect close to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night. Special thanks to Boluwatife Ogunbanjo for going above and beyond to make my stay even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Pros:

I was a first timer, I was disappointed with their tardiness. I needed hot water because the kettle in the room was made of plastic and it is known that plastic at high temperature could be cancgenic. When I requested for hot water it took them over an hour to bring the water. There is no soap dish stand in the bath room. To continue your bath you have to keep your soap on the floor. The night before my departure I requested breakfast by 7.30 am which is their regular breakfast time due to my early flight that I would leave the hotel by 8 am, I met the food server at about 8.10am at my exit time after calling and reminding them over 2 times. Needless to say I did not take the breakfast. Their on line rates are twice their off the street rate. Looks like the place is under staffed.
