Нет возможности забронировать парковочное место для машины и дорогая парковка.
приходилось парковаться в неудобных местах.
очень криминальный район, много наркоманов и алкоголиков- бомжей.
на нас пытались напасть криминальные неадекватные личности возле входа в гостиницу, вовремя подъехала полиция.
у гостиницы нет охраны .

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Die Lage, die Ausstattung, das Frühstück und das Personal war wirklich super.

Cons:

Was uns wirklich genervt hat war das es im Badezimmer keine Möglichkeit gab die Handtücher aufzuhängen. Wir wollten jetzt nicht jedes mal ein neues Handtuch benutzen und mussten es deshalb immer neben das Waschbecken ablegen,wo es
natürlich nicht gut trocknen konnte. Und auch die Möglichkeit die Duschtücher aufzuhängen hat uns gefehlt.

Eine Garderobe ( bzw Haken für die Jacken ) wären auch super gewesen. Damit man die Jacken nicht immer in den Kleiderschrank hängen oder irgendwo rumliegen lassen muss.

Heel fijn hotel. Het ziet er goed uit en is goed gelegen, vlakbij het centrum maar toch in een rustig hoekje. Prima uitgebreid ontbijt. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Het bed had duidelijk beter tijden gekend, de matras was dringend aan vervanging toe.

Muss für mich nicht nochmal sein.

Möglichkeit zur Selbstversorgung positiv, Ausstattung zweckmäßig,

Parksituation problematisch, die Lage am U-Turm zwar zentral, aber dadurch in Dortmund schwierig. Das Treffen der Tuner-Szene brachte erst ab 4 Uhr morgens Möglichkeit zum Schlaf. Das Personal hatte Mühe, die allgemeinen Standards zu erfüllen, beginnend vom grundsätzlichen „Duzen“ beim Einschecken bis zur Personen- und Zimmerverwechslung beim Auschecken inkl. falscher Rechnungsdeklaration.
