Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Küchenzeile mit Utensilien ist ein Pluspunkt. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Die angebotene Gemüse (Tomaten, Gurken, etc.) waren nicht frisch. Das konnte man an Schnittkanten deutlich erkennen. Das Rührei schmeckte flach und kein Spiegelei wird zubereitet.

Das Hotel hat sehr begrenzte Parkplätze im eigenen Hof. Man muss sonst das nahe gelegene, öffentliche Parkhaus von Dortmunder U benutzen. Vom Hotel wird mitgeteilt, dass die Parkgebühr dort EUR 18 pro Tag ist, die aber so nicht stimmt.

Great location for a couple of days say.
Pros:

Great location for a short stay in Dortmund. Cenvenient, close to the train station, and the center. Great breakast and cosy atmosphere. Clean rooms, fresh sheets. All as expected. A pleasant stay. Recommended.

Cons:

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war ok. und die Lage vom Hotel ist top um die Altstadt zu erkunden.

Pros:

Bardzo dobry hotel blisko centrum miasta. Przestronny pokój z aneksem kuchennym, świetnie wyposażonym. Dobra kawa dostępna gratis dla gości hotelowych przez cały dzień. Wyrazy uznania dla personelu, osoby pracujące w restauracji i w recepcji bardzo pomocne i uprzejme. Chętnie wrócimy do tego hotelu.

Leider nicht weiterzuempfehlen

Wir hatten heute Morgen leider ein sehr unangenehmes Erlebnis während unseres Aufenthalts.

Beim Duschen lief das Wasser aus der Dusche in das gesamte Badezimmer, sodass der Boden komplett unter Wasser stand. Die Dichtung der Dusche scheint defekt zu sein und der Ablauf funktioniert offenbar nicht richtig. Dadurch läuft das Wasser aus der Dusche heraus und verteilt sich im ganzen Bad. Ich habe dazu auch Fotos gemacht – wenn man sich die Dichtung anschaut, wundert einen das ehrlich gesagt nicht.

Besonders ärgerlich war, dass ich heute Morgen selbst das Badezimmer sauber machen musste, um das Wasser zu beseitigen.

Zusätzlich hatte das Sofa im Zimmer einen deutlichen Fleck, sodass ich mich ehrlich gesagt nicht einmal getraut habe, mich darauf zu setzen.

Beim Frühstück waren außerdem viele Tische noch mit benutzten Tellern und Geschirr vollgestellt und wurden längere Zeit nicht abgeräumt, was den Start in den Tag ebenfalls etwas unangenehm gemacht hat.

Positiv möchte ich dennoch erwähnen, dass das Frühstück an sich sehr gut war und wir ansonsten gut geschlafen haben. Leider wurde unsere Beschwerde vom Hotel selbst nicht akzeptiert. Eine kleine Entschädigung haben wir letztendlich nur über Booking erhalten.

Trotz der positiven Punkte hinterlässt dieser Umgang mit der Situation leider keinen guten Gesamteindruck.
