Great staff makes for happy clients!
Pros:

There was an issue with our room and a roof leak. The staff gave us the option to rebook elsewhere or reduce the rate. They were super apologetic and incredibly responsive to our needs. We opted to stay and while we got a heavy rain for about an hour and there was a leak. All the staff were attentive, apologetic and helpful and kept thanking us for our understanding. Way to handle a situation! Well done!

Cons:

Breakfast options were mediocre. Initial room we received was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests left. The front desk reassigned us to a new room.

Pros:

Sam, Hannah and Cordell are the best bartenders. Zack and Misheck did great! Would go back to go to the bar and valet again!

Pros:

The staff was cheerful and wonderful to be around. Zack and Misheck from Valet were also fantastic. They were friendly, helped with luggage, took great care of the car, and had a few jokes and laughs every time we arrived making the overall travel experience awesome.

Ma fille a oublié sa paire de lunettes de vue dans la salle de bain lors de notre départ. Elle ne s’en est rendu compte que le soir…
Nous avons appelé l’hôtel pour leur demander s’ils avaient bien mis de côté la paire de lunettes, mais la personne qui a réceptionner l’appel nous a demandé de renouveler l’appel le lendemain car elle n’avait pas l’accès au coffre. Nous avons rappelé, mais ils n’avaient rien trouvé… nous nous sommes déplacé, mais à part être désolé l’hôtel n’a trouvé aucune explication à la disparition de la paire de lunettes… les montures Calvin Klein ont intéressé quelqu’un.

Overall the stay was nice. staff was friendly. Location was great but not really worth the money.
Pros:

The location was great. I liked the security of the building. Key cards needed after hours and to utilize the elevators.

Cons:

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows sucked. No continental breakfast. Water pressure and hardness were terrible.
