Refined but not stuffy luxury in the prime of downtown.
Pros:

Location, pool and onsite restaurant superb! Had an issue with the A/C that was resolved immediately.

Cons:

Price was much higher per night because of the Grand Prix. But all properties were more expensive than normal at this time.

Great staff makes for happy clients!
Pros:

There was an issue with our room and a roof leak. The staff gave us the option to rebook elsewhere or reduce the rate. They were super apologetic and incredibly responsive to our needs. We opted to stay and while we got a heavy rain for about an hour and there was a leak. All the staff were attentive, apologetic and helpful and kept thanking us for our understanding. Way to handle a situation! Well done!

Amazing location

Cons:

Breakfast options were mediocre. Initial room we received was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests left. The front desk reassigned us to a new room.
