Hyggelig hotell i en gammel ærverdig bygning, sentralt plassert i gamlebyen. Yrende gateliv rett utenfor hotellet.

La posizione sarebbe ottima, dietro le attrazioni principali del centro di Jaipur, ma l’haveli si trova alla fine di una via disastrata, sporchissima e apparentemente poco sicura. Inoltre, la stanza non aveva finestre e le porte non si chiudevano bene: ok il fascino del palazzo antico, ma così è un po’ troppo. Colazione poco varia. Infine, da segnalare l’esperienza negativa con l’agenzia turistica suggerita dell’hotel per il trasporto in auto verso Agra. Prezzo carissimo, proprietario pessimo, driver scortese e macchina non adatta. Attenzione agli scam!
We had a excellent stay for a family of 4. The hotel was indeed a heritage building and is the heart of Jaipur pink city. The rooms were very spacious and the staff was very courteous and super helpful. Will surely recommend.
Stunning converted heritage hotel. Lovely spacious rooms Staff was very kind and friendly with very fast response to requests, with an excellent restaurant. Location is super central too- walking distance to most sights.
Room was slightly humid so AC needed to be kept on. Our room in particular had stained glass windows to another main room as you enter ours which had the lights constantly on so I’d recommend a sleeping mask if that light would bother you.
Mi è piaciuta la stanza perché è particolare in un haveli, struttura curata e pulita, rispecchia gli standard europei.tuttavia poiché non ci sono vetri di notte con la pioggia si è bagnato il pavimento e la seconda notte c era un forte rumore proveniente da un motore sul balcone accanto.

Near to the tourist attraction specially Hawa mahal and city palace , the exterior and interior design it nice look an ancient house, clean and staff really accommodating,
Breakfast less variety
The property is very centrally located, has a nice haveli vibe and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The staff were very courteous and helpful, the food in the restaurant was delicious. There was a disruption of water supply one morning due to a broken pipe which was unexpected and the staff reacted quickly to resolve the issue and restore the supply. Their efforts to resolve the issue was commendable.
Nothing about the property itself. The property sits on a street that is not very clean.
Excellent service, they had an online chat to order anything you need for the room. Location was central. The building is historic and very cute.
Room and bathroom were a bit too small. Breakfast had very limited options.

Really horrible staff. There's a travel desk that is never occupied. There is usually someone missing at reception only to later find that the staff members are sitting outside of the hotel playing video games on their phones. I requested housekeeping three times one day and nobody ever came. They rely on fancy AI for customer needs so when I sent a message saying there was a problem with the electrical plugs, a handyman came to my room past 11pm, waking me up.
The hotel was not answering their phone after I called several times when I was in a precarious taxi situation. I called the hotel for safety reasons, hoping that when I would be dropped off, a hotel receptionist could speak to the driver. I was ignored and when I sent them a message on booking.com, they responded hours later saying that they only deal with booking queries. They just want you to pay for your room and then you're on your own. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for any females because the hotel staff doesn't care about you.
