L’hôtel est magnifique et idéalement situé au centre-ville de Barra Grande ! La personne qui nous a accueillis était d’une grande politesse et d’une grande gentillesse. Le monsieur qui a travaillé pendant la nuit était également très aimable, toujours avec un grand sourire ! C’est exactement ce que nous recherchons lorsque nous sommes en vacances. La chambre est très belle, la salle de bains également, et les produits mis à disposition sont de qualité. La piscine est superbe.
Nous étions un groupe de 7 personnes et nous avons tous été agréablement surpris par l’hôtel et la qualité de l’accueil. Une très belle expérience !

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l’hôtel à notre arrivée, mais malheureusement très déçus le lendemain matin. Le personnel était peu aimable, le petit-déjeuner très simple pour un hôtel de ce standing, avec très peu de choix, et même l’eau de coco nous a été facturée. Enfin, un pourboire optionnel équivalent à 100 % de nos consommations à la facture, ce que nous avons trouvé très surprenant. C’est vraiment dommage, car l’hôtel nous avait fait une excellente première impression.

La struttura si presenta come un hotel cinque stelle, ma, considerando i servizi offerti e soprattutto il livello di attenzione riservato agli ospiti, ritengo che l’esperienza non sia assolutamente paragonabile a quella che ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura di questa categoria.

La posizione è sicuramente molto comoda e rappresenta uno dei punti di forza dell’hotel. Purtroppo, però, il soggiorno è stato caratterizzato da alcune carenze che mi hanno lasciata piuttosto delusa.

Al mio arrivo, entrando in camera, ho trovato il cestino della spazzatura non svuotato, cosa che considero piuttosto grave per un hotel che si presenta come cinque stelle.

Anche la doccia è stata poco soddisfacente: l’acqua, riscaldata tramite energia solare, raramente raggiungeva una temperatura davvero calda e risultava piuttosto complicato trovare la posizione corretta del rubinetto per ottenere una temperatura adeguata. Comprendo la scelta di utilizzare un sistema di questo tipo, ma mi aspetterei comunque che il servizio fosse gestito in modo da garantire il comfort degli ospiti.

Infine, anche la colazione, a mio parere, non è stata all’altezza di un hotel cinque stelle, né per varietà né per qualità.

Nel complesso, considerando la categoria dichiarata della struttura, il prezzo pagato e le aspettative che inevitabilmente ne derivano, mi aspettavo decisamente di più. La posizione è ottima, ma purtroppo i servizi e l’attenzione ai dettagli non mi sono sembrati all’altezza di un’esperienza da cinque stelle.

Não voltarei. Minha experiência não foi positiva.

A cama era confortável. Atendimento dos funcionários excelente.

Cons:

A localização é um pouco distante da principal rua e das praias, fiquei na suíte com piscina e tem lodo por todo o vidro. O café da manhã foi o mais demorado que já conheci, quase uma hora para ser servido, as porta do quarto faz barulho com o vento e te acorda pela manhã. NÃO VALE O PREÇO.

O café demora muito. Média 30min. Seria mais estratégico se deixassem já servido como na maioria dos hotéis, ou então perguntasse em cada quarto na noite anterior o que deseja no café da manhã para adiantar.
