Great location, staff were great.
Pros:

Perfect location, right at the ski lifts. Onsen was great.

Cons:

If you have noisy people (kids jumping around) staying above you, you will hear them loud and clear. Paper thin walls, so if you are naturally loud maybe not the hotel for you.
Included breakfast was ok, filled the belly but if you’re not a fan of Luke warm to cold food then maybe not for you. Not many western choices apart from continental.

Perfect location and very welcoming staff
Pros:

The staff were amazing. We appreciated the kind welcoming and all the assistance provided during our stay. We felt at home. The hotel has its own gear rental and is right across from the ski mountain, making everyhting very easy.

Cons:

The bathroom is small but we got used to it

Overall good stay, enjoyed the convenience to the ski lift and staffs were helpful. Breakfast was nice. Thank you.
Pros:

The staffs were exceptional. We arrived late due to traffic condition and they attended to our needs promptly and get us to have dinner first before settling the room.

Cons:

The place is a bit run down but clean.

Good option from the choice available
Pros:

The location for ski in and ski out was great. Ski hire available in the hotel and staff very helpful during our stay. Buffet dinner available every night which was reassuring at the end of the season with limited food options.

Cons:

We had a western style room but the bathroom was small.
There was no cleaning service in the 4 days that we stayed.
The room got very cold at night. A heater was provided but there was little temperature control so either boiling or freezing.
The options aren’t great for accommodation in the Shiga Kogen area from what we saw so would say this hotel is a good option from the choice available.

一の瀬ファミリースキー場ゲレンデが目の前の最高なロケーション
ホテル内にスキー、スノボのレンタルショップがあって便利です
チェックアウト後でも無料で大浴場♨️に入ることができて とてもよかったです
チェックアウト後なのにバスタオルとかも無料で貸してくれました
とにかく、スキー、スノボが目的なら十分満足できます
