Very good bargain and good quality hotel near main train stations.
Pros:

For the price this was a really good bargain, a double bed room en suite.
Everything thought of and nice touches like fresh fruit, bottles of water and biscuits and plenty of condiments. It was all very thoughtful.
Hotel very near St Pancras and quiet.
I've stayed in a few good value rooms in hotels this area for early morning trains to Scotland and Europe but this has been the best yet.

Cons:

Nothing at all.

It was a wonderful stay.
Pros:

This hotel is definitely worth the price, their reception are all so friendly and helpfully! They offer free luggage storage service which is awesome.

Perfect for a short London stay on a budget
Pros:

One of the better 2* hotels, fine for a short stay. Good price for my mid week stay. Clean with room had been freshly painted. Front reception open 24 hrs. . Vishal on the reception was very helpful. Really convenient location.

Ideal hotel for an early morning Eurostar getaway ….
Pros:

Excellent affordable location for early Eurostar train at St Pancras.
Ideal place to lay your head for a few hours when it’s simply a case of needing to be up and away early hours. Hotel clean & modern with a nice touch by water & apple being left on bedside table. I had a single room which was very compact but ideal for my needs. Hotel staff very helpful. Facility to store suitcase prior to check-in which allows you to have a mooch round the area. I took a lovely canal walk over to Camden which was a great contrast to the hustle & bustle of London.

Cons:

Everything great for the money paid.

Very poor.
Pros:

Nothing that i could like living in the basement.
Location access good to train station.

Cons:

Room 7 that I have lived like a basement or utilities Room, there's no opening windows, no views . TV on the wall you can watch only sitting at the table or from one side single bed. Little table and one chair, shower was badly working, staff fixed shower few times. I would never use or recommend your hotel .

It is definitely not what stated, we took our mam for her 60th birthday.
We walked in and I’ve never seen anything like it stains all over bedding, chewing gum keeping one head board up other was half up, mould in the bathroom and crumbs all over the floors. Beds looked like had been slept in and weren’t mad currently . I did speak to manager on charge and he said we would get a refund but that did not happen we had to leave and go and find another hotel which at last minute was very expensive. Would never ever recommend this hotel!
