Pros:

Nice spacious unit, comfy pull out. Marginal neighborhood but relatively close to Hollywood. Downside was thin walls and ceiling so could hear unit above. Kept walking us up.

Great location but in a residential area so you will get dogs barking, odd party, car horns, does get quiet around 10 though. We had large sitting room/kitchen, tv should be larger for such a large room. Basic but functional furniture and beds. Shower had poor pressure but ok. Air con control looks like digital clock on the wall, front door is electronic, you need to touch the Yale symbol for the numbers to appear, lock the same way, some doors had instructions, some did not. Parking garages were wide but not too deep, got a Rav 4 in ok but anything longer you might struggle unless parked at an angle. Each apartment had own garage with electric door that opens from the inside. Would recommend and would stay again.

We had a great stay! The property was super spacious and had plenty of room for a large group. The host communicated well and it was easy to access. Walkable for food, groceries, etc. Nice rooftop balcony and patio area in the 1st floor. Would definitely stay again!

Dont stay here not worth the money
Pros:

The place is not bad but not great. The gate was broken so you have open and shut by hand. The area around is not the safest, if security is a concern you will not get good sleep while you worry about anyone just pushing open the gate or the neighbors just leaving it open. There were plenty of bathrooms, one for ever bedroom. The common area is super small, seats 3, all the furniture had stains. There are no tvs in any other room of the place. The walls were super thin you can hear the neighbors the entire time. Parking is super tight dont have a large car. Lock at the front door works but the wood around it is missing. The frames for the beds are super cheap and one was actually sitting on another box spring. Dishwasher might work but the buttons are not accessible because of the countertop. Some of the fixtures are broken. The entire place feels like a flip house where they went the cheapest way possible.

The town home was spacious and perfect for our party of 14. Only one parking spot in the courtyard but street parking was not an issue. Very close to Hollywood and easy drive everywhere else.

The unit was beautiful was cute and cozy but wasn’t clean. The floors were dirty, spider webs in the down stairs bathroom and the kitchen and downstairs bathroom smelled like mildew. The parking area was very challenging to park due to the small spaces. There shouldn’t be a cleaning fee if the units aren’t going to be cleaned for the next tenants.

We were a group coming overseas and they allowed us to drop off our luggages before check in. The cleaning lady is very nice and helpful. We had an internet issue after 12 midnight and still got a response from their support team. I gave 5 stars to all except for the condition of the property for a few reasons - 1. One of the ensuite shower’s window doesn’t have a privacy so we had to cover the window with anything we can find just to not be exposed. 2. The rooms upstairs has weird smell that we had to open our windows to let the fresh breeze in. 3. Some of the pillows need washing or replacement as it has yellow stains and it smells.

Pros:

Parking requires skills of samurai, and God save if you have Suv. Not unexpected but it's vertical home (in case you have old folks or small kids). It's clean but maintenance is bit shoddy. Laundry is outside in garage, and dusty. If you can adjust to these inconveniences, it's a good stay

Pros:

This property is a scam. We lost all power during our night there so we had no hot water, no air conditioning, couldn’t reach our floor with the elevator and, worst of all, had our rental car stuck in the garage with no way to free it. There was no backup power, so even the fire emergency signs were off. Absolute fire trap, building code violations and zero communication. They refused to refund even a single dollar for this nightmare.
