Superb location, good price and friendly staff but mattress way too soft.
Pros:

Fantastic location with easy access to restaurants and many areas of the Cape. 7 min walk to the beach if you use the cut-through at the back of the parking lot, directly opposite. Friendly and helpful manager. Nice that upstairs in town house has its own door so you can avoid hauling luggage up the tight spiral stairs. Well equipped after we located the silverware/china etc. in the bookcase aside from the kitchen! Plan on using the rear entrance behind the pool, on Wednesday nights due music concert out front.

Cons:

Extremely soft queen mattress so one of us slept on the sofa cushions. Fold out bed was worse. Manager, to his credit, did offer toppers for future stay. It’s difficult to meet every individual’s need, but this mattress would make us seek another facility next time. Unit 4 had a bad odor (rug?) and very uneven floor was a trip hazard on lower level. The one unit with a blocked off skylight suggests a history.

Perfect spot for a week on the Cape.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of Main St. It could not be better.

Great location, wonderful staff!
Pros:

Pool was great, great location to downtown. Lots of space in room, appreciated the kitchenette. Pull out couch was great for our kids. Owners could not be nicer or more helpful! They were wonderful!

Cons:

Like others said, clean but dated. Room could use a refresh (rug, tub, paint) but location, pool, and friendly owners make up for that!

Pros:

Positively impressed by manager John Tierney who was warm and friendly even by phone and answered my questions in advance including how to check-in after hours etc
Room was clean, spacious and had accomodations with kitchen and couch that would have accommodated a larger group and longer stay.
Liked room in rear that was quieter.

Cons:

Fans and AC helped mask sound from floor above which faded as evening wore on

Great place with great management. John took care of me even before I showed up. He called me on my arrival day to see

Amazing location. You are literally in the middle of the Main Street in town. Restaurants and bars all around. One block to the beach.

It was quiet and near downtown.
Pros:

The location is great. The weather was typical spring rain, but it was easy to find good restaurants nearby - even next door.
