Great location, wonderful staff!
Pros:

Pool was great, great location to downtown. Lots of space in room, appreciated the kitchenette. Pull out couch was great for our kids. Owners could not be nicer or more helpful! They were wonderful!

Cons:

Like others said, clean but dated. Room could use a refresh (rug, tub, paint) but location, pool, and friendly owners make up for that!

Pros:

Positively impressed by manager John Tierney who was warm and friendly even by phone and answered my questions in advance including how to check-in after hours etc
Room was clean, spacious and had accomodations with kitchen and couch that would have accommodated a larger group and longer stay.
Liked room in rear that was quieter.

Cons:

Fans and AC helped mask sound from floor above which faded as evening wore on

Great place with great management. John took care of me even before I showed up. He called me on my arrival day to see
Pros:

Amazing location. You are literally in the middle of the Main Street in town. Restaurants and bars all around. One block to the beach.

Cons:

The inside was a little dated but it was functional.

It was quiet and near downtown.
Pros:

The location is great. The weather was typical spring rain, but it was easy to find good restaurants nearby - even next door.

Great value, quiet and clean, unit
Pros:

The manager is very customer service oriented. Communicated with us prior to arrival to make sure we were able to make the trip and what we could expect when we arrived.

Cons:

No silver ware in the kitchen area. Had everything else.

Overall, we were quite pleased.
Pros:

The location was great. It was located central to the places we needed to visit. John and his dad were very helpful. We arrived as it was getting dark and got a little off track but John guided us right to the motel by phone. The room was very nicely equipped with all the amenities of home.

Cons:

The only thing is that the mattress was a little too soft for us but that's just one of those things that's hard for a motel operator to guage,

Great no frills clean room for a fair price in charming Harwich Port
Pros:

Rooms were very clean and worked well for having a nice place to sleep in an excellent location for the reasonable cost

Cons:

No headboard on bed and gap behind bed due to floorboard heater, so pillows would fall behind bed on floor. Room a little noisy from outside noises - neighbors and early morning trash trucks emptying garbage from adjacent properties.
