Love the staff at the reception dest. They were very professional and helpful.
Pros:

Excellent location. It was a major asset to busses, cabs and trains.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Did not include complimentary breakfast.

Excelente hotel, em todos os sentidos.
Pros:

O Hotel possui uma excelente localização e as instalações são ótimas. Além disso, e principalmente, frisamos o cordial atendimento oferecido, destacando a gentil Alessandra, que nos recebeu da melhor forma possível, com boa vontade e simpatia. Tivemos, ainda, a grata satisfação de contar com a recepcionista brasileira Taynah, que, com empatia ímpar, nos deu excelentes dicas relativas a transporte, a alimentação e a turismo em geral, pelo que somos muito gratos. E no café da manhã fomos muito bem atendidos pelo atencioso e eficiente Antônio. Enfim, recomendamos fortemente o Hotel Adesso, em Tiburtina, Roma.

Nähe zum Bahnhof Tiburtina, zu der Metrostation und zu der Bushaltestelle Richtung Innenstadt und Vatikan.
Das Frühstück war perfekt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Bedienung, Candela und Antonio waren extrem nett, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Ebenso das gesamte Personal des Hotel Kompliment und Grazie!!!!!!!
Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten waren komfortabel.
Das Hotel ist mehr als empfehlenswert!

The hotel is excellent, with beautiful facilities and a truly outstanding breakfast. Overall, the experience was very pleasant.

Cons:

There was one issue that unfortunately stood out. A bar employee, apparently named Elena (with medium-length black hair), behaved in a way that felt unprofessional. She spoke to her colleagues in a disrespectful, bossy, and arrogant manner, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I also felt that her attitude toward me as a guest was not particularly welcoming. She seemed to feel jealous or something and upset I was at breakfast, too bas for her.

Because this occurred during breakfast service, it was especially noticeable, and I mentioned the situation to the reception staff. It is disappointing because the rest of the hotel and the team were excellent. An employee with such behavior should ideally not be placed in a customer-facing role, as it does not reflect the otherwise high standard of the hotel.
