Perfect quick break

Amazing - 5 ⭐️
Pros:

I booked a two-day stay at Meliá Hotel Durrës as a Mother’s Day gift for my parents, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. Since returning to London, they haven’t stopped talking about how incredible their experience was. My dad, who is not easily impressed, described it as “one of the best stays he’s ever had”.

From the moment they arrived, every member of staff made them feel genuinely welcome and cared for. The kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond truly meant so much to them.

They asked me to write this review to express their sincere gratitude to the whole team. Although they didn’t catch names, they said every single person they met was outstanding. The thoughtful special touch from the hotel (free three course meal at one of their restaurants) made their stay even more memorable.

Even though they have their own home just 20 minutes away from the hotel , they said they would happily return again and again. They’re already planning their next visit and recommending it to everyone they know.

Një eksperiencë mjaft zhgënjyese këtë radhë. Herën e parë që vizitova Melian, pata një 'upgrade' të shkëlqyer dhe SPA-ja ishte e përfshirë në çmim, çka e bëri qëndrimin të përsosur. Për shkak të asaj eksperience, u riktheva dhe pagova një çmim më të lartë këtë herë. Për çudinë time, SPA-ja nuk ishte e përfshirë. Është mungesë totale transparence dhe logjike që një klient të paguajë më shtrenjtë dhe të marrë një paketë më të dobët shërbimesh. Kujdesi ndaj klientit që kthehet duhet të jetë shumë herë më i mirë se kaq.
