Es waren sehr erholsame Tage.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer. Am Strand gab es ausreichende Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Für den Strand und auch für die Poolanlage gab es täglich ausreichend Handtücher. Bei der Anreise haben wir eine Mailadresse vom Service erhalten, so dass wir Fragen per Mail stellen konnten. Diese wurden auch schnell beantwortet. Parkplätze gab es ausreichend. Diese waren sogar bewacht. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, Badezimmer mit ausreichend Ablagen und der Balkon waren sehr groß. Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten vom Hotel bei Urlaubsbeginn und auch zwischendurch waren eine nette Geste.

Pros:

Fin poolområde. Fanns gott om platser även för barn. Hotellet låg lite för långt ut. Fanns inte så mycket variation på restauranger i närområdet annars suverän hotell. Trevlig personal vid receptionen.

Cons:

Badrummet var sådär. Läckte vatten ut på golvet efter man duschat samt att vattnet rann dåligt I ena handfatet.

A lot of paperwork in the bar and non-functional AC
Pros:

The territory is big. The park is well treated.

The rooms are new. Cozy beds.

The food is mainly good and different every day. A lot of fruits, differ meat and sea food. Free 10 kinds of cocktails and beer.

Room service is good. Clean rooms.

They gave free chocolate and fruits. Free water.

The sea is clean when there is no wind.

Cons:

The air conditioner at the gym doesn’t work. There is a SPA nearby. And the common AC is not cooling the gym at all even if all doors or windows are closed.

The dishes at the main restaurant have a bad smell.

Once lamb chops were not fresh and had a bad smell.

The À la Carte Restaurants system is very very Strange. The Restaurants are always empty. But you come there they will tell you they are fully booked. If I ask to make a reservation for the next day or two, they tell I must come tomorrow to make a reservation. I would fire all these people and make the reservation system more simple.

If you want to buy some extra alcohol from the main bar, they will not sell you because you have no credit. It would be good to tell during the registration to put some money. It’s nit a problem of money but not comfortable.

Then whatever drink you buy you need to wait until papers are done. If I have all inclusive and take a standard cocktail or beer fur free, what’s the need in the paperwork? It’s all not comfortable.

The sand at the beach is with clay. If I would be the hotel owner, I would bring a ship of white quartz sand and increase the cost of stay 2 times. And guests would pay for that, believe me.

In general, it’s the best hotel in Albania. And not so expensive. It’s wort the money you pay. Not so expensive. But there are small things how to improve.

La qualité de la nourriture au petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur de l’hôtel. Le bar de la piscine également c’est un service bas de gamme c’est dommage

Cons:

Die laute Musik bis in die Nacht hinein. Etwas leiser wäre besser. Auch bei der Dachbar und Sonnenbar teilweise viel zu laut.

Cons:

Maybe the kids club could be developed more (more opening hours, more looking for smaller kids, more control of kids coming and going out) but the girls already there are very kind. And it needs a self service laundry
